I was racially discriminated against by a waiter named Stephen.Even if they read it, they ignored it, and their attitude was extremely different from that of the customers who could not speak English.When I complained, he pointed in the direction of the exit."Get out here!" I was told. I understand that much English.I was humiliated in front of my wife and children.This is the most painful and unpleasant restaurant I have ever been to.The taste is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. Usually, the staff who serve customers are always willing to explain things carefully even if they don't understand English.It's a shame because I had to repeat it so many times.I wonder if it is necessary to tip even if there is such a difference between the staff in charge.Anyway, our family vacation turned into a terrible night because of Stephen.

If you make a reservation, you will be able to sit in a seat with a sea view.Happy Awa ? has a long line of tourists even on weekdays, so we recommend going early.The steak is soft and easy to eat.Mashed potatoes were served even though I didn't ask for them (it wasn't included in the bill, but it may have been a mistake on the store's part).Loco Moco's sauce is not tasty, so it's better to eat it somewhere else.

Used during happy hour. The customer service of a Japanese woman named Naoko is terrible. From the time I placed my order, I spoke only the bare minimum and had no expression on my face. I was surprised when my order was taken without a word when I pulled out the plate or when I paid the bill. The service at other tables was no different. I tipped with the bare minimum of manners, but I really didn't want to pay a penny. The good atmosphere was ruined. I will never go again.

It might be better to line up after 4 o'clock.Line up in front of the elevator on the 1st floor.Add truffle mashed potatoes to your steak.I had it with ribeye/New York/filet.All different and all deliciousCrispy bacon and celery are stuck in the cocktail.I feel America. Beer is poured in cans.The location where you can see the harbor from the window is also great!Please go to the toilet too. Is beautiful.Hawaii is a place where prices are high due to the strong yen, but this is a place you should go to that will make you happy.

Bone-in rib eye steak was excellent - huge portion, soft & tasty - highly recommend. Lamb was ok - served with mint jelly. Too bad they don’t use chimichuri instead. Poke was fresh and spicy ahi roll was very good without being smothered in rice. Chopped salad and arugula salad were excellent. Apple pie was ok. Not a fan of truffles which they use in their mashed potatoes and fries. Would go again for their salad and rib eye steak.

I won’t be back. We were the last reservation at 9:30 and upon entering they let us know we have three minutes to order because of last call. Meanwhile took forever for the waiter to even come. The lady working at the front desk on 3/8 with black hair working next to the blonde woman. You should be ashamed of yourself because we were fully dressed up in a suit and dress meanwhile there’s people walking around in jeans and t shirts but u asked my boyfriend to remove his hat when i wasn’t around probably because you knew i would challenge your intentions. U mention a dress code but had people in there with Jean shorts on, hoodies, etc. my boyfriend had a hat on with his suit and u asked him once i was gone to remove it even though u greeted and sat both of us at the same time and never mentioned it ! The look of the place is gorgeous and the view is incredible. But I’ll dine somewhere else like little joes, Morton’s, etc. because i don’t appreciate being rushed, as if i didn’t deserve the same experience as everyone else, or picked on about a hat when i saw a older white gentleman there with a hat and sunglasses on as well. You’re dead wrong and u better hope i don’t escalate the issue. ive been a night industry worker so i know and can point out when people are being prejudiced or nitpicky. DO BETTER.

The Scallops and Filet Mignon were delicious. Matt, our server, was very nice and attentive. Alex was kind to seat us away from the music. I find the music too loud but was told the volume can't be lowered.
My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The store staff prepared a birthday plate for me. I was very impressed. The food was also very delicious and I was very satisfied. I plan on visiting the store again.

Based off happy hour only. We ordered steak tacos and they were served with a wasabi sauce. We are not fans of wasabi and would not have ordered them if it was listed anywhere on the menu. We took one bite thinking it was a cilantro sauce and nope it’s wasabi. Unfortunately that is all you taste. When we brought this up to our server they said they don’t change/modify their dishes. Was just a silly experience because why would you expect wasabi at a steak restaurant on steak tacos. Ended up paying for food that was so so. Nothing special

Everything was delicious, especially the Crab & Shrimp Cakes and the Lobster Bisque! Sitting was a little tight and the noise level was a little high, but amazing views from the 36th floor!
