Very disappointed. Ordered two sandwiches. Both had very little meat. Dk how but my cheese was soggy? Ordered one of them with bacon, no bacon. Paid $33 ended up throwing more then half of it away. Grocery store sandwiches are better then this place. Dont waste your money.

Price on the menu did not match what was charged. Bread was a bit under cooked and soggy. This is not the first time the bread was substandard. It is expected that if going to pay more for a smaller sub than Subway it better be better.

Horrible experience! We are new to Hawaii, and was craving a good sandwich, and are used to eating subway but thought to try something new, so we gave it a try! Worse experience, the guy with piercings was soo rude! We walked up to the counter and waited, the guy didn't greet us, didn't say hello, just said "what do you need" and we said "hey how you doing" no response! (I understand people have bad days I get it I work in customer service I understand) our breaking point was the sandwich we got the #12 and da Big Kiluaha both tasted sooo gross, the #12 tasted like dirt! And just soo gross, no sauce no flavoring on either sandwich! Maybe we ordered incorrectly but over all bad experience! We had to throw away the sandwich and risked wasting the money we spent on them to come to subway!

Came here to grab some sandwich coz I am in the mood for carb-loading. This location is pretty busy so you gotta act fast and make sure before you go in line you already know what to order. I got #2 Braddah (tender roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo) which is so good and for $10 it is all worth it. It's only good for one person and is already filling. I would definitely love to try their other menu. And this location was a pretty good one as they got plenty parking since it is in a plaza shared with other businesses. Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow Yeeps!

Overpriced sandwiches and even with specific instructions the sandwich will be made wrong. Unfriendly staff as always just talking over your sandwich. Save your money and get a sandwich from the commissary or take a drive to Jersey Mikes.

Stopped in today to get a quick bite. Initially it was a normal transaction. We ordered our sandwiches, I ask for extra sprouts on mine, they start making them and another worker (Claire) comes from the back to ring us up. We get our sandwiches, go to the table and I open the sandwich and immediately ask (Claire) "excuse me would it be possible to get a lil more sprouts on the side?" She responds with some irritation saying we can't give anything on the side...so I then say (still very kindly) "can I bring my sandwich and you put the sprouts on?" She yells to a co worker out loud now very rudely "Tiana this person is making me put more sprouts on the sandwich! are we allowed to do that?) Tianan nicely nods yes and Claire rolls her eyes tells me to take it over there to the worker who initially made the sandwich and she stomps in the back still annoyed. She had zero customer service skills and was very unprofessional. There are signs up saying friendly service and pissy attitudes not allowed so I find it odd that a worker would be so angry about sprouts. While we were there a take out order called to request triple the normal amount of sprouts on their sandwich so I'm assuming others find that the normal amount is not satisfactory. It's not like she paid for them or she had to put them on there. I did not MAKE her do anything. I simply and nicely asked if she could. I would have paid if needed. Not a problem at all. I am a business owner of a food establishment so I hate leaving negative reviews but I am also honest and feel her attitude was def not warranted. I was told by Tiana that she was one of the mgrs which was also very surprising and disappointing. We were the only customers at the time and there were 4 employees so it's not like I was inconveniencing anyone. I understand people have bad days but a simple I'm sorry by any of the staff would have been forgiven. We still expressed our thanks and left a tip regardless.

First time trying this spot with my wife. I got the big Kahuna, wife had bird of paradise and we got a goodfella sandwich to try later! We was told fresh bread was just made, place smells like sandwich heaven. Place was clean and service was fast and friendly. Only mishap was when I got home noticed I was charged for 4 sandwiches. But I called them and was able to get the refund adjustment! Thanks guys!!!

Amazing sandwiches as for someone with celiac disease I appreciate lettuce wraps. Service is fast and hands down delicious

The 8" Hawaiian sweet bread is good and the customer service is great and fast. However their sandwiches need more substance in regards to the meat. If you can taste more of the veggies (specifically the onions) and cheese instead of the meat, Subway or Mike's will be of choice.
