EXTREMELY RUDE!

I live close by and had been wanting to check this Place out for a few months, I love supporting local! I didn’t even finish ordering before I walked out… I’ve never received worse customer service. Coming from a small business owner, it’s a shame you are driving away potential regulars..

Needs to learn how to talk to people if you want to work in customer service.

Great place for coffee and tea. Great variety of coffee and tea.

The Oreo and cookie smoothie with 50% sugar was amazing!! The tea with lychee at the bottom was popular too! You can choose your own amount of sugar. They also have ube wall drinks which is popular. The cashier was very knowledgeable and the they made the drinks fast

Really good coffee and very helpful staff! :)

Large Yuzu Green Tea with Grass Jelly 25% sweetness
Large Oolong Milk Tea with Boba, Regular sweetness

Taste: boba was nice and chewy. The tea itself tasted good but I prefer that the tea has a stronger taste. It was by overpowered by the milk and sweetener.

Customer Service:
Cashier was soft spoken, I had to ask him a few times to speak up.
Boba barista was loud and expressed gratitude upon giving me my drinks.
Time to make the drinks was slowly than I’m used to.

Overall, a good place to try boba. Nice to have after dim sum near by. Yum!

Went to this place for the first time ever the Drinks were good, but the service suck that gentleman behind the counter or whoever he was seriously needs a reality Check he needs customer service training. And needs to learn how to talk to his customers with that attitude. I am very surprised that people keep coming back. And yes, they close at 5, but someone walked in after me and he literally yelled at her. We closed. I guess he doesn't need the business or money. But it was really bad customer service and I think I could find some place else better.

Me and my addah half come here all da time. Boba is MEEEANNN. Every workah here is cherrehh too. They also let put anykine toppings wit wateva boba drink.
