Cute little gem that had a nice variety of choices. The menu was robust and organized well. I opted for the non caffeinated taro milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. I loved that you could choose the level of sweetness. I went with 25%, and it was perfect - sweet but not too sweet. A nice refreshing afternoon stop.

open decently late and drinks are okay. I got the ube black milk tea and the fresh ube is a nice addition but my straw was so cheap and thin that I cracked it while stirring the drink. I think the black tea could be a little stronger. it's pretty tho! opinions were mixed between drinks being too sweet and just right with the adjustments.

Decent selection of flavors. I got their signature Top Tea and the taste was a bit watery. The milk cartons are cool but what other reviewers failed to mention is that they cost $6 extra. Plus, you can’t even drink out of them, the plastic straws will break when you try to force them in.

Located in Liliha, this is a nice place to get a milk tea drink in Kalihi! The place is small, but very clean. The people who work here are friendly and their menu has a lot of options, but no real crazy creations. In terms of the drink, I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and 75% sugar. I think this was the most well balanced drink ever! It definitely matched my level of sweetness and they don't fill up the drink with too much boba. I really enjoyed my drink and plan to come back for another!

Boba drinks are perfect! Server was very patient and informative even though I was getting tongue tied a little. Thank you to him. It seems like a pretty chill place to just enjoy your drink at. Highly recommended

I was shopping at Times Supermarket in Liiliha, and afterwards I had a craving for bubble tea. I referred to Yelp to find the nearest bubble tea place and right around the corner was Top Tea + Espresso. This was a first visit and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Brown Sugar Tiger Milk with boba, almond milk and 25% sweetness. It was sweeter than I expected so maybe next time I'll add zero sweetness. Yes I want to return! The service was great and the menu has a variety of bobas and teas. The reviews were also positive. Parking is not a problem and there is indoor seating if you choose to sit and enjoy your drink. A great start to my summer break!

I love their Tiger plant milk brown sugar boba!!!!I usually mix with soy milk that is thick, creamy flavor I just wishing that they have less plastic and more vegan options for our planet, environment, animals and health

Cute little shop with great, friendly service! The boba is on the former, chewy side, but no complaints as it was a good texture. The milk cartoon containers are super cute! But you can't use a stiff straw with it (i.e. metal due to the bend it needs to fit). The Tai latte was great as well!

I found out about this place from the Five Stars app and they gave 20% off a drink. I tried the lychee green tea. It was good, but not super special. I might have to go back to try one of the heavier drinks that looked good but I wasn't in the mood for at the time like the ube milk. They are not cheap, but not too expensive, but the parking is kinda crazy in that lot!
