Chicken mayo bowl was amazing. Chicken was fresh and tender. Good size I couldn’t finish and took rest for left overs.

Discovering Topped Waikiki was like stumbling upon a flavor fiesta! While authenticity might be up for debate, the taste is a party in your mouth. Picture this: I embarked on a culinary journey with the kalbi steak, eggs over rice – a feast where the steak was the headliner, plentiful and as tender as a heartfelt melody.Sure, there was a mountain of rice, a side salad with a mysterious dressing (which was fine, by the way), and the egg? Well, it played a bit coy – slightly undercooked. But fear not, it added a touch of suspense, allowing you to spread the yolk across the rice like a saucy maestro, turning every bite into a symphony of flavors. Now, let's talk location – it's a hop, skip, and a jump away if you're in Waikiki. But here's the twist – Topped Waikiki shares space with Pineapple House, where they're not only serving up tasty treats but also blending smoothies and crafting açaí bowls out of the same window. It's a bit like a double feature – maybe muddled, but hey, who doesn't love a food and fruity adventure? As for the search for the shop's name, it's a bit of a scavenger hunt off to the side of the window, adding a touch of mystery to the whole experience. Now, let's talk value – the price tag felt like a steal, especially when you peek at the neighbors. I've witnessed a line here before, but luck was on my side – just one order ahead, and I seized the moment. Was it flawless? Nah, but perfection is overrated. I genuinely savored every bite, and while I can't vouch for the entire menu, the kalbi steak with eggs over rice gets a standing ovation from me. 생각보다 맛있어요! (Tastier than expected!)

Tasty bibimbap...outdoor seating, nothing fancy but great tasting. Nice stop when you need an easy lunch.

Good enough, very informal window service Korean fast meals, juices, and smoothies you can take to go or eat on a pleasant raised deck surrounding a small hut on the outside facing edge of a rather unique outdoor bar and nightclub. The chicken bibimbap was one dimensional and pretty uninteresting, which is probably what I get for ordering chicken bibimbap. Probably should have gone with beef and paid extra for the egg. Service was straightforward, a guy taking orders and cooking behind the counter, a little hard to hear with all the noise in the neighborhood. Smoothies and juices looked good, I'll probably try those someday and give it an extra star if they live up to the local Hawaii fresh juice craze.

Topped Waikiki has become our go-to spot, and the Kalbi plate is a must-try every time we visit Oahu! The food is just spot-on - delicious without being too heavy. Lunchtime is a breeze; you get your grub fast. Dinner, yeah, it gets a bit busier, but that's when you know everyone's onto something good. Totally worth the slight wait. The vibes are chill, the portions are just right, and I can't recommend this place enough for a laid-back, tasty meal in Waikiki.

Not sure what all the good reviews are about, or maybe I just went on a bad day. Chicken had a weird texture, and was pretty bland. I could tell rice had been sitting for a while, as it was soggy. The cabbage was also tasteless.

Great food decently priced.I ordered the Kalbi steak and egg for $16 which is decently priced for Waikiki. Kalbi steak was tender and flavorful, the over medium eggs were slightly undercooked, but overall I enjoyed the food.I ordered a pineapple strawberry mango smoothie from the other half of this stand (I wanted mango and this was the only combo with it) - I don't recommend this combo.

Taste was as expected, don’t feel a need to reorder from here again

The small spot located in the heart of Waikiki has some mean food packing flavor. Service is very quick, as you order from a small menu and you get your number to pick up your food. The steak was seasoned, the egg was cooked well and the salad had a delicious dressing

Food was disappointing. Just a bunch of things thrown together. Much better places elsewhere to spend your money.

We've gone here multiple times on both trips we've had to Hawaii. It's a little rough looking on the outside of the building if you go in person, or you can always order on door dash. Besides looks, the food was incredible, we got the beef and butter rice bowl and the spicy pork mayo bowl. Both have incredible flavor at a reasonable price. We'll definitely keep going back.
