Place is small and you will for sure need a reservation. Food and service are both amazing!

Amazing spot, the Pork belly is on a league of its own. Highly recommended for those wanting to have a small experience of authentic Japanese Yakitori food. Unbelievably Delicious food and drinks.

The food is great but it is very very very very noisy. Almost like night club level noisy. Drunk customer laugh extremely loudly and the waiters & waitress kind of matched that. I had drumming in the ears when leaving the restaurant. If you cannot stand for noise, this is not the place for you.To be fair, food is great, yakitori is very good. Recommend fried garlic, chicken wing, tkg, gizzard, and abalone.

My first time here. The food was delicious. The service did slow a bit when it got packed inside and it definitely did after 7pm on a week night. The only issue at this location is the parking. There are multiple signs in the lot that say 20 min parking and 1 hr parking. Best to street park. Update: I went back again last night and the food was salty overall. I wasn't as impressed. The food delivery was faster but it was less crowded inside.

We liked everything about this restaurant, except for the food is a little bit too salty. But it is still a lovely and cozy place, affordable food.

Mediocre food. The skewers are not impressive at all. The sauce is very salty and not very hot. But the chicken skewer’s taste is bland. The fried tofu is not tasty at all. Salty. And 50% more expensive than the fried tofu we got in another place and a lot worse. The service is not attentive at all. The server doesn’t come to let us order food. Didn’t give us water until we ask.

Very authentic food! Best Japanese food I have tried in Hawaii. The flavor is impressive, and they are not pricy. You can’t miss it!

Amazing food, authentic and reasonably priced! The place is small so be sure to get a reservation first. The service is friendly and we love the vibe. Some of the best yakitori I had recently!! Would love to come back again.

My favorite yakitori spot on the island. The stuff is so so friendly and the food is beyond tasty! We love the large meatball(with egg yolk) and the chicken thigh so much! Will come back a million times ;)

Service and Atmosphere was amazing. On par with a nice Izakaya. The main issue was the food. The skewers are neither charred enough nor hot enough. The liver was dry, the tsukune was flavourless, and everything else did not meet expectations.

Still my favorite restaurant in Honolulu - we came here every time when we visited Honolulu, this time with a 1 year old kid. The appetizers were so tasty and also very kid friendly - recommending quail eggs, fried eggplants, ube tempuras, tofu, etc, everything is good :) skewers weren’t as amazing as I visited last time I would say, a bit lacking “grill/fire” flavor, but overall we and the kid enjoyed our time here a ton!

This restaurant is racism to CHINESE PEOPLE! We arrived at our reservation time, they had empty tables inside. But they didn't allow us to sit, asked us to wait and said there's no table ready.

Tori Ton makes you feel like you're in Japan with its ambiance and quaintness of the restaurant (read: it's small so make reservations). There are a variety of dishes, many that are fried or grilled (yakitori). One of the unique dishes is the marinated avocado. It's hard to describe but delicious and something I've only seen at Tori Ton. We usually get a few appetizers and an assortment of yakitori (chose to your liking). There are also some noodle dishes and kamameshi - something for everyone.Parking is tough, it's a decent sized lot but there are so many businesses that share this lot. The stalls are also pretty tight.
