Craaaaazy good omakase. It truly felt like we were back in Japan. This place is well off the beaten trail, seats 12, and is tucked away in a seemingly mostly empty shopping center. Don't be discouraged. The moment you open the door you're transported to a wonderful little sushi bar. Staff was extremely friendly. Omakase options come in $100, $150, and $300 offerings. We did $150 and were satiated, leaving full but not stuffed. The menu was interesting and unique, making dinner feel special.
I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough if you're looking for a unique experience - and want to get out of the touristy side of Waikiki.

We made reservations for the $100 menu and we got a detailed confirmation and information on how to get there as it is a little confusing, it almost has a feel of a speakeasy. We had the most amazing experience, the waitress and both chefs were super friendly and hospitable. The food was absolutely incredible, we loved every single bite. Both the presentation and the flavors were awesome. Truly, such a special experience overall!

Great small sushi spot in town. I loved that the seating was limited. It was great to watch our food being crafted in front of us. My wife and I love eating sushi around the world and this was the best spot we have been to in Hawaii. Highly recommend and we will be back!

My new favorite restaurant on Oahu! It’s a little hard to find, but that makes it feel like a secret, hole-in-the-wall location… there are only 10 seats total! We were lucky and went at 2pm for late lunch, so we were the only customers, so it was like a private gourmet dining experience. I felt like I was in Japan! The food was delicious, reasonably priced for what you get, nice Japanese music selection playing, and the service was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning soon! We made reservations using Resy, and parking is free for 2 hours in the parking garage.
We had reservations so we didn’t have to wait. The chef was very sociable and smiled warmly. The waitress was timely and none interruptive. As we had to bites pair serving , the chef moved a little fast at serving next plate so I could be a little slower to aloud savor his delicious meal and our conversation. Sushi was beautifully plated and it was an overall delicious and pleasant experience.
