Sadly, this awesome gem has closed permanently. Such a great experience here. The service was wonderful and they have great outdoor seating. Cocktails were perfect, all of the food was locally sourced and delicious. So sad that they were negatively affected and had to close.

Loved the atmosphere and menu of this place! Wine bottles were a great price!

I love this place! I'm sad that this place is closing and glad that I went on their last night! This place has a homey feel to it and this place will be missed! I love how they incorporate local flavors and produce into their menu! I ordered their hand cut pasta with zucchini, mushrooms, and goat cheese. We also had their yummy house bread with melted butter, ahi tartare, and bruschetta. Their menu is innovative! Great spot in Kaimuki for 16 years!

Very solid restaurant and awesome they use local ingredients. Everything is fresh and quality. The pastas are to die for—definitely go for it. Great wine and cocktails. Only thing was my fish dish and my husbands pork was a bit dry. But we will definitely be back.

This place was amazing!!! I've never been there before. Due to covid the seating was spread out and everyone was wearing a mask. We were way more than 6ft apart which was awesome and made for an intimate moment. The food was amazing of course I recommend the sampler where you get a little from each course!!

A very nice and cozy dog friendly restaurant. I love their new American style dishes. They are kind of pricey with small portions but the quality is amazing. Their staff is professional and they even offered our puppy water! I have nothing to complain and I would definitely love to go back.

This place was our first date night restaurant when dine in was available before second lock down. We wanted to have a good time, good food and most of all support local. They took all the precautions possible with COVID, we sat outside, tables distant from others and servers wore masks. Drinks were yummy, food was delish and fresh, and will definitely be back again.

I love this restaurant - fresh, local farm to table food in a casual atmosphere -delicious every time - was so sad when they closed for lunch because it was my go-to when working in Honolulu - wish there was one in Kailua too! They could call it "out of town." LOL

This is our second time eating at town after the reopening of Hawaii due to Covid. This is the safest restaurant we have ever eaten at. We requested an outdoor table and it's extremely distanced from other diners! All staff and diners entering the restaurant are required to wear a mask. The food (so tasty) and service (so friendly) at town is outstanding! You can really tell that the staff loves their job and loves the food town serves! We all ordered the four course dinner so that we could all share and try every dish on the menu..and none of them disappointed! My favorites (if I had to choose one from each course) would have to be the cheese fritters appetizer, pasta with mussels, chicken leg confit with deep fried ulu, and the town dessert of the night! (Our night was a cannoli inspired gelato). The complimentary focaccia to start is also SO good! Town makes dining during covid so exciting and reminds me of times where we could just dine together with others without worry!

Wow what a great meal! My first time dining here was last night and we ordered the veggie plate, sunchoke gnocchi, olives, and bruschetta. We ordered takeout and when I went to pick up the staff was super nice and professional, and it looks like they're being very careful with social distancing rules.I liked that there were a couple vegetarian options to choose from. Everything was delicious, especially the gnocchi (best texture ever) and the veggie plate (huge selection of seasonal veggies!) Thanks Town. Will be coming back!

I love the local, organic concept! It is one of the things I look for in a place and it will definitely influence my choice. My girlfriend and I went now that they have reopened and things have changed. We started with a burnt eggplant bruschetta. I am familiar with and like baba ganoush. That would have been good. This was bland and uninteresting. Mostly it was a black paste on a single slice of toast for $13. Their cocktails looked good, and the rose gold, was refreshing and smooth. For dinner I ordered a lamb ragoo with mint pasta. The texture of the pasta was perfect and the flavor subtle. The combination worked very well with the lamb. The issue is it felt very much like a dish for late fall or winter. I don't want a heavy stew dish when it is 90F outside. I would have expected that for a restaurant sourcing locally things to have been more seasonal. My girlfriend had gnocchi with sunchokes. It was a well thought out dish with good flavor, but too heavy for the evening. The gnocchi themselves were hard pressed to be called gnocchi. They were tasty, but more like mashed potato blobs than anything I've previously had with the name gnocchi. I felt that the price would have been high, but adjusted to Hawaiian cost standards it isn't extreme. For two of us, with one appetizer, one cocktail, and two entrees, the total pushed mid $70s, before tip. I'm glad I tried Town. If the menu changes, I'd try it again. Right now, I think it is three stars.

I am so glad town is finally open again (due to covid)! Town has been a favorite of mine for over 8 years, despite the long waits, and not always the best service. Tonight was my first night eating there since they've been closed, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was quick and friendly, and the food was amazing. I got the fish, and (not pictured) a side of polenta and fries. All was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I've been a fan of Town for years. And with this whole sheltering in place going on, I've been dying to eat the gnocchi again. Finally, I saw the IG post to preorder the gnocchi take out and I made sure to place mine fast! As always, Town never disappoints. I got my gnocchi with the bolognese sauce and it came with a very nice spring mix side salad. The gnocchi is pillowy soft and had a nice delicate flavor that paired well with the meaty bolognese sauce. I also decided to order the chocolate pretzel tart for dessert and it was wonderful! The chocolate filling was amazing! It was light yet creamy in the chocolate flavor and the sea salt sprinkled on top added a nice little crunch. I also loved the pretzel crust! I can't believe I hadn't ever tried this before. All I will say is that it was so delightful to have a nice meal at home with my boyfriend during this pandemic. Love your food Town Kaimuki!!!
