We came here because they're the only one who still serves the Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs. They only serve 1/2 a slab for lunch & full slab is only served for dinner which was disappointing because we came here to celebrate our birthdays & anniversary. Our server, Kale, was very friendly & efficient. We can't wait to go back.

Way Way tooooo cold !!!!! Bring long pants and a jacket if you a little chilly. So sad it’s over cooled with A/C. Food is very good. Service is great but it feels so cold. Why spend so much money on A/C when just having doors open is nice. I stay many times at this Hilton and each time I’m appealed by this good restaurant. I have to come and get cold and then I remember last time I told myself I won’t come back here it’s way too cold.

We went to the Fire Grill originally because it was attached to our hotel, but the food was so good, we went back for dinner on New Year's eve! We had seafood primarily & it was all very fresh and perfectly cooked.

On s'est régalé avec des os à moelle et des mini poulpes à la sauce tomate puis on a partagé un ribs fondant excellent. Avec une bonne bouteille à moins de 40$, total avec tips 159$. Service sympathique et impeccable. Un conseil, qui est valable dans beaucoup de restaurants, quand vous passez la commande si vous prenez une entrée demandez à ne pas vous servir le plat immédiatement. Sinon on vous amène tout en même temps.

Kris our bartender made our night! She was incredibly helpful and gave us a ton of suggestions on where to visit in Waikiki. Definitely recommend.
Would definitely return when in Waikiki again. Food was tasty and service was great. Special requests were honored without hesitation and much appreciated. Only negatives were happy hour entrees were way less than showed online so that should be changed right away. Also wish more entrees were available for those with gluten allergies

Showed up for our 7pm reservation and they had no tables ready so we had to wait 6 minutes to get our table. Once seated we waited 20 minutes and not 1 server came over or greeted us. We noticed 4 servers working, a 2 bar managers, and a host. And no one even acknowledged us once we sat down. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Very poor experience and will not return.
