BEWARE! They serve a basic continental breakfast, but try to charge you $30 for it. The signage and wording in the Hilton app is unclear and confusing. The wait staff are rude. There is no way that this is worth $30. This is criminal.
They just blame Hilton and try to pass you off while huffing at you. It's obvious that this is an issue that they deal with on a regular basis, and they're tired of it. SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Make better signage. It's not that hard. Quit blaming confused customers when it's YOUR strange policies and lack of communication!

Daisy was a wonderful server. She was so nice and friendly. Not sure what the bartenders name was but the drinks she made were perfect!!

Four stars for the friendly bartender and cold beers, zero stars for the awful food and terrible service (averages to 2 stars). After a long day of travel, we checked in and wanted to grab a quick bite before bed. The first words out of our server's mouth was "kitchen closes soon", even though the advertised hours said not for another 30 minutes. He seated us and rushed us to order, never offered any drinks. The bartender eventually came over and got us some drinks. When the food came, it was horrible. The margherita flatbread was missing basil (1 of 3 ingredients, if you're not familiar... Mozzarella, tomatoes, and fresh basil, not complicated), and the cheese tasted like plastic. My wife's chicken was barely cooked. To top it off the server was rude to our 3 year old, despite that she wasn't eating, not making a mess, and certainly not making a scene. He has absolutely no business waiting tables. I spent several years serving, bartending, and cooking in restaurants, and I would've been embarrassed to work with such a horrible server. The bartender was friendly and apologized for the subpar food and bad service. We never went back to this place on our weeklong trip, there are so many better spots in Honolulu. Amazing food just steps outside the hotel. Don't even bother here unless you just want a drink.

There are so many better options for food at this price point. $30 for that breakfast buffet is criminal, it's the same as a free breakfast at a Best Western. Please just go to sunnys or goofys and get better food for half the price for breakfast. Dinner there's a ton of options but if you don't want to travel far the food trucks across the street are all great.
Happy hour is $2 off (9.50 -> 7.50) on only a few beers.
If I didn't have hotel credit towards food, wouldn't have eaten there. Chicken sandwich and fish and chips were good though.

Second time here. Never again. Of all the great food, service, and atmosphere in Honolulu, this place is well below average. With seven people in the place: 30min for a beer, another 30min for food, and another 10 min for a second beer. No acknowledgement from the staff that this was sub par. They don't care. Good luck!

The dinner menu is limited, but varied and we enjoyed the food. The bar offers a good variety of drinks. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Horrible service!!! This place is a joke. And so is the hotel!!! Do not come here!!!
Limited menu, only 2 people working but it was awesome! Great service and great food!!! Mahalo for the great experience! We had an overnight layover and were exhausted. We were treated well and the food cane out fast and was tasty! We ordered wings, onion rings and ribeye. We had drinks and they kept our water refilled. Thank you so much!

Inside the Doubletree. There might be four entrees to choose from on the dinner menu, and breakfast was limited as well. Biggest complaint is that in every other Hilton property on the planet breakfast ends at 10AM. Here it was 9:30, and by 9AM the buffet was picked over and not being replenished. I'd recommend eating elsewhere if you're staying at this hotel.
Ok food, convenient for being at the hotel, but super overpriced.Had to edit this review, so … this place is not open till 9PM on Friday and Saturday as advertised.Recommend finding a much better local place to eat or the ABC Store.
