Brandon and a front end manager displayed the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked Brandon a question about my order he blew me off and acted like I was not even there. And, thats when the manager had to step in and displayed slightly better customer service. Even over the phone he was rude and that should been a sign, but no my friend insisted. After all the hype I heard about this place, I was extremely disappointed with the service and the pizza is mediocre. The only professional one in there was the pizza maker and he was cleaning and moving boxes when we got there. The pizza wasn't even hot or warm when we got it. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment and I'm surprised they are still open through COVID with their shotty service. #extremelydisappointedcustomer

As a New Yorker now living in Hawaii who would die for a NY slice -- this is it. This is the closest to the real thing. Look no further for your slice. It is pricey because it's in Waikiki, but absolutely worth it. No other places around compare and it's great to have a great pizza place and restaurant in the area. Atmosphere was great. They have a dining room that's super cozy and the other side they have the pizza / lunch counter. Feels right at home. Grateful that it brings a variety of food I'm familiar with that's great comfort food. Will absolutely be back.

Nice to have take out options during these trying times. We were staying at the Laylow, directly above Uncle's pizza. Very convenient to grab food. The pizza was great. Nice texture in the crust and the toppings on the meat combo were really good. Support your local businesses. Go get some take out!

Had lunch here last week, we ordered 3 - 10” pizzas with 2 toppings each. The waitress said the pies were $11 each with first 2 toppings free. When I looked at the bill the next day I was charged $21 for each pie plus $3 for each topping! $27 per pie. Customers beware check the bill prior to paying!

When you walk in, there's two sides you can pick from - the take out area or the dine in restaurant. We chose the take out side. At the register there's an entire rack of maybe 7 different pizza you can order by the slice. We ordered the cheese and the spinach garlic mushroom pizza. There are also pastas, sandwiches etc to choose from. The pastas are the owners grandmas recipes and we got the spaghetti and meat balls as well as the garlic knots. All the food was great! True New York thin crust pizza with a lot of flavor! The pizza slices were about $6-7.50 each, but they were pretty big! This spot is located under the Laylow hotel, we walked so not too sure about parking. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely be back!

Pizza and cocktails were excellent. Great happy hour and friendly service . They have 3 sections a grab and go deli sit down dinning and a bar . Sat at the bar with Christian and he made me the best old fashioned I've ever had

Came here late last night and ordered a 10" Create your own. Returned again at lunch time today to ask if I could have my leftovers reheated as the Laylow would not. The person that served me was very warm and genuinely seemed to care.

I actually went for the cigar bar. It was closed. I sat at the bar had a chopped salad and a couple of brewskies. Staff was friendly enough. Two military guys were inquiring why at 7 pm, it was so dead. "10 pm the place will be totally packed" the bar tender said. I asked him is that when the cigar bar opens? He said it's open! Not according to the wait staff in the dining area. He left to check himself," not sure why, I've never seen it closed." Bummer, was ready to browse, buy and burn one or two. Based on the salad, which was huge and good, I thought I'd order a Zah To go. The steak special with horseradish sounded interesting. Got it to go. The other bar tender said it was a normal Zah with tomato sauce cheese just added steak n horseradish. I opted for that without the radish added shrooms an sausage. My Zah had no sausage nor tomato sauce. It was flatbread caramelized pinions, very thin slices of steak (think steakum) and some shrooms. Not what I would call legit Zah. And for 19 bucks, I was contemplating walking back from the hotel to re issue the proper order. But as my son would say, it's one meal... it ain't gonna kill you if it the best meal you ever ate. Said that way, I got a couple of porters that were good, and a very good salad. The flatbread with steakum wasn't bad, but it wasn't Zah!

It's a very nice place but the prices don't match the food quality. We ordered cheese sticks and I think they are the same ones you can get from Jack In The Box. We also Ordered Chicken Parmesan and a Ceasar Salad with Chicken. Both were okay but could've gotten the same food cafeteria and saved a bug chunk of money.

Definitely one of the more memorable dining experiences while dining out in Honolulu. The service was outstanding. Personable, attentive, knowledgeable and the perfect guide to every course he served. The other staff members were equally attentive and helpful, excellent dinner. Wonderful selections on the menu from pizza , pastas and antipasto salad and delicious NY Style deli sandwiches . This was one of the few times when we declared that we would go back with no hesitation.
