I was excited for this place because I love anything and everything unicorn. Sadly, I was quite disappointed with the boba variety and the taste itself. I guess I was thinking there was gonna be some interesting flavors or fun colorful boba selection but it was just a watered down boba milk tea with plain boba (not super tasty) some of the decor is cute but really lacking for a Unicorn. Tbh, you'll be better off going to a different boba place.

This place is so cute and I loved all the adorable unicorn decorations, but we went there for Thai food and were so disappointed. It tasted ok, but wasn't good Thai food. They also ran out of rice and gave us rice noodles instead, but they had a hair like consistency that didn't go well with our curry or our chicken and cashew stirfry. Wouldn't recommend for food. Our kids liked their Chess set which they played while waiting.

as a local, it's hard to find the trendy places in the island. we drove out from north shore just to try and we were not disappointed! the atmosphere is like out of trendy LA, super clean and all of our drinks were super tasty!

I had a very bad experience at the unicorn cafe. My daughter (4 years old) is celiac which means that she can not have gluten. She ate their Gluten free waffle and since then she is very sick. I asked the waitress and the chef and both promised that they have a gluten free options for her. This unfortunately was not true, or maybe the kitchen is not clean and they didn’t wash the dishes from crumbs. I wouldn’t recommend this place for allergies or celiac because they are not sensitive enough.

Super cute milk tea place, the cute store drew my attention. So I decided to give it a try. I ordered their toffee royal milk tea, for someone that drinks milk tea almost every other day. I expected that based on the name it will be sweet. But I was wrong, it tasted bland like they forgot to put sugar. I thought maybe mine was a mistake but my friend's drink also was tasteless. I'm still giving them a 2 because of their cute location.

We passd this hidden gem on our walk back to our hotel. I'm an avid milktea fan & I have to say that their signature milktea is one of the best I've had. It's a cute little bubble tea shop located close to the main Waikiki strip. We went twice during our visit. I definitely recommend making a stop if you're in the are!

Cute atmosphere, but the boba is not very good. I had the jasmine green milk tea and it was very powdery. You could taste the powder and the boba was too mushy.

The negative reviews for this place would be funny if they weren't discouraging this great little shop from receiving more customers. (Your food wasn't unicorn shaped? Really??) I'm definitely NOT a unicorns and rainbows type of person, but the concept is just so over-the-top corny that it works for me. I've been to the Unicorn Cafe several times over my visit to Waikiki, and this would definitely be my regular spot if I was a local. The bubble teas are great, the staff is super sweet, they offer almond milk for the bubble teas (I'd prefer nonfat dairy milk personally, but almond is close enough), and the chessboard is fun. There's a fantastic hole-in-the-wall type Korean bbq place next door and the Unicorn Cafe is great spot to hit after for dessert! TLDR: Give the Unicorn Cafe a shot if your goal is a refreshing bubble tea served up by nice people.

Loved the decorations, so cute! My sister and I loved the lemonade tea. I had mango green tea lemonade and added lychee jelly. A little on the sweet side but, there was no added sugar! The only issue I had was locating the store, quite hard to find it took about twenty minutes instead of ten.

Boba drinks to satisfy your craving. Different milk base or non dairy like almond milk, of course up charge. Wide selection of toppings too! Offered two sizes, regular ($5) or large($5.50). A little bit more $$ compared to other places nearby. Price- 3 Taste- 4 Ambiance- 5
