The food was all very good with large portions. I especially liked the dressing on the Caeser salad. Our waiter, Anthony, was attentive without being intrusive. Views of the harbor were terrific.

We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, open uncrowded space, and plenty of free parking. It's a perfect central meeting location for friends coming from the west side and windward side. The menu selection of cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts never disappoint!

The wait time between appetizers and the entrees was unacceptably long. When we inquired as to the status of the entrees, the waiter (Mitch) responded that are food was up at the counter and he had other people to focus on. When the food arrived, the $60 rib eye was cold.

Great food and service throughout dinner! Everyone took the time on service and description of the food if we had questions!

My family and I just lost our mother. We decided to have a family dinner to decompress after weeks of mourning and sadness. We chose Upstairs at Pier 38. it was the break from reality that we all needed. It was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, and the staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed right away. The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and tasted incredibly good. Thank you, chef Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. It was wonderfully designed, creating a perfect backdrop for a lovely meal. I highly recommend Upstairs at Pier 28 to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

The ambiance was so relaxing and comfortable, but the food was below our expectations. There were 3 of us and I spent $350 was is worth it? No. The beet salad and the glass of red wine was the best thing. Appetizers; octopus was tender, escargot needed more garlic and herbs, bread was nothing special. Our entrees; ciopinio needed more kick to it, the filler mignon needed more seasoning and it was thin cut, and the seared ahi was overwhelmed by the gastric they drizzeld over it. We really wanted to like this restaurant but we won't be back.

Service was GREAT! All servers was very attentive, polite and professional. Restaurant atmosphere was great. Lobster bisque soup was terrible-it was more like red water with lobster pieces in it. Overall a great place, will visit again.

Logan was great, food excellent, loved the open space. Dishes beautifully presented. Lobster bisque was delicious. They know how to cook fish properly - not overcooked.

Food was fantastic. More training in the front of the house is needed to match the excellence in the kitchen.

Perfect and underrated! Signature drinks have personal touch and integrate the label of their liquors. Fried brie tasted more like a fried cheese stick than I wanted since the cheese spread away from the crust, but did not diminish from the experience.

Great selection of dishes and drinks, views of the harbor, and really nice service. The spanish octopus was a little tough and more ahi would've been nice, but everything had great flavor and was presented nicely.

The food was very good. The hostesses were very friendly and helpful. But the wait staff attention to customers was poor. We waited almost 15 min before someone came for our drink order, while the wait staff walked around chatting with each other. I am also not a fan of having to ask for drink refills. We were not checked on during our meal, and the table cleaners had to get our leftover boxes.

Brussel sprouts were salty. The steak, sea bass and salmon dishes were very good. Service was excellent and restaurant felt very comfortable. We all enjoyed.

Our food was prepared well with wonderfully sized, beautifully set portions. There was a nice selection of appetizers and entrees. The serving of our courses was timed well/perfect and our entire meal delicious. The ambiance was great and Anthony, our server was extremely courteous, quick to accommodate, patient and helpful. Ample parking, clean amenities and a friendly staff all made for a relaxing, enjoyable, wedding anniversary dinner.

Amazing food and service. The Spanish octopus was outstanding. Special was Panko crusted opah fish. We also had the beet and pear salad, which was big enough to share. The crust on the salmon the best I have ever had. Service was top notch. We recommend it 100%.
