So fortunate to have family in Hawaii, and super fortunate to be able to visit Oahu once in a while to eat food that you just can't find anywhere else like this amazing vegan hot dog cart! Onolicious! Once upon a time, I used to feel sad that I couldn't find vegan local kine eats, but the future has arrived. Support local businesses and seek out this place.
Visiting the Veggie Dog stand at the Saturday KCC Farmer’s Market is always a highlight of my morning. Their food is delicious and the owners are kind & gracious. They remember their customers by name and always provide excellent service. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
We really enjoy the BBQ Jalapeño and surf dog. We still have plenty more to try. Every hot dog we’ve tried just works. We also like the ice cream quite a bit- it just melts quickly. It’s a bit daunting for non-vegan midwesterners so I hope they add a picture of a traditional hot dog for those afraid of veggies 😅 it would make getting non-vegan family to try options a little easier.
