Outstanding service and food quality!! All personnel very attentive to our requests (my wife has food alergiers). We highly recommend this restaurant!!
Outstanding 4 course meal. We took the seafood route with lobster chowder, lobster au gratin, sea scallops for dinner with wine pairing. Amazing dinner and great service.
Kevin treated us to a night to remember. Food service and scenery top class for a date night.
We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and my husband's 89th birthday. Matt could not have been nicer. He appreciated that we are locals and knew what we wanted to order, The food was perfect. We both had the lobster chowder which was full of lobster and so tasty with a bit of bacon and corn. The pear and burrata was delicious, as I love burrata cheese. He had the lobster au gratin and the petit filet mignon. I had the lamb chops . Everything was attractively plated and beautiful to look at. My dessert was the lime tart, kind of like key lime pie. The mango mousse my husband had was out of this world. He let me have some. It was like a mango tiramisu, in a way. I would definitely order that next time. We each had a glass of wine and the total was around $268 before the tip. We felt we had a wonderful meal reasonably priced considering the quality of the food, the setting, the music, the whole ambience. Not to mention the attentive but not intrusive service. It was perfectly timed to allow us to relax and enjoy all of it. Matt even brought a glass of pink champagne and sent us home with a small box of shortbread cookies. We can't wait for another celebration at the Beachhouse!
This is our second year in a row in Hawaii with our family. The dinner on the last day is always the same. The location, food and service are all the same. My family was delighted. Thank you. We will definitely go back next year.
Our server, Omar was a gem. His suggestions were spot on. The food preparations and delivery were out of this world. Our out of town guest was impressed and she has been to a lot of famous restaurants operated by famous named Chefs. Bravo Moana Surfrider.
Been dining here for 20 years. Never a disappointment. The view, the ambiance, the delicious food and drinks make it an amazing experience every time.
We celebrated my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. We got champagne and I got a little gift too. The server we had was also great. She made sure that we had everything we needed and it made the night extra special.
You're dining here mostly for atmosphere. Beautiful views over the beach. Unfortunately the food felt overly done with to many ingredients that did not end up complementing each other. Fennel and citrus, mango and carrots, bacon and corn and lobster, are a few examples of the ingredients that we found clashed hard with each other. If you're after exquisite foods, your better off at other establishments.
My wife and I go to the Beachhouse for dinner. Last night we the food was delicious as always but last night we had a wonderful server, unfortunately, I cannot recall her name. But always a nice place for good food, nice ambience, and stick around on the weekends for the great live music.

Absolutely fabulous evening. Amazing service and delectable food. Beautiful sunset. Perfect.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had a really lovely evening. We were given a beautiful table on the veranda, which had a wonderful atmosphere – calm, relaxed, and just right for the occasion. A nice table is something that really matters to us, so we truly appreciated that. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was excellent – fresh, well prepared, and nicely presented. We also enjoyed the well-chosen wine list. All in all, a very pleasant and memorable experience. We will be back next week !
Every dish we tried here was delicious. While American food can sometimes be bland or overly greasy, the flavors at this restaurant would suit a Japanese palate very well. I had the ribeye steak, which was cooked perfectly and absolutely satisfying. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat—you could hear live music drifting over from a nearby beach bar, along with the thumping party beats from an event right at the hotel entrance. The servers were all genuinely friendly, with warm smiles and a great sense of humor, often making jokes that kept us laughing throughout the meal. Although the prices are on the higher side due to inflation and the weak yen, I'd happily come back again.
Great energy and vide at this hotel and restaurant. The course selections are delicious. Most importantly, the service is top notch, particularly speaking Mr Omar was the Dapper Don. Hope you enjoy your Beachhouse experience as we did
The 4 course tasting menu was amazing---my husband was disappointed that we only ate at the restaurant once during our stay at the hotel---next time definitely more visits!
