The real KFC Korean Fried Chicken… it was so good hot fresh and the thin crispy fries a great accompaniment. Awesome service as well.

Love this location, the food is always so fresh and the restaurant is clean. I’ve been to a majority of all the other Vons and this one is by far the best! I got the spicy seasoned wings because it’s always my go to.

I was excited to try the famous Von's Chicken. And, it's okay. I'm not impressed with staff who spend the same amount of time on their phones as with the customers. Service was slow, and it was done to a bare minimum. Food took a while also. Stood around for just over 15 minutes for my lunch order. Rice, chicken, and salad. Meh.I will say nothing was bad, but it wasn't good either.

The food was cold and the wrong order. The manager was extremely rude and told me "Take it now!" He wouldn't correct the order nor would he heat up the chicken. He started screaming at us "Get out!" which really frightened us. DO NOT GO TO EAT HERE... PLEASE! The Chinese owner is a maniac!

I told my sister I wanted chicken and rice when she picked us up from the airport. She did not disappoint! Amazing! Everything was so fresh and really good. The food looked amazing. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I asked to come back again before we leave. YUM!

Snow fries in substitution from rice with spicy chicken wings are the best!I asked if I can wash my hands on their sink because their restroom is closed and the cashier was happy to accommodate that and provided me a napkin too.

Good Chicken, Terrible service.I've been going to this Vons location for a couple of months. While the staff have never been friendly or welcoming, they had never been straight up rude until my last visit. After checking my box, I noticed that it had the wrong side dish (I had ordered boneless garlic chicken with fries, the same order I always get). When I went asked about the fries, both staff members started insisting that I had ordered the wrong thing. When I told them I would like fries instead (the chicken was fine, adding some fries should have been a quick fix), they started laughing to each other about it and saying it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing. I am 100% sure I did not order it any differently than on the last 6 occasion, but that is besides the point- it would have been so easy to fix. They could make some fries, and I would have been happy to pay any price difference. I guess they didn't want to lift a finger. Its a shame, because the chicken is very good.
