The service is AMAZING so friendly and welcoming. And the açaí is BOMB!!! Absolutely delicious and can’t get over how awesome we got treated. Best açaí in Waikiki!

This is an overpriced dessert restaurant masquerading as a breakfast restaurant. There are no savory options. Want eggs with your waffles? Tough luck. You get gallons of Nutella and two scoops of ice cream. Enjoy your diabetic shock.

Also, it's no longer on the 2nd floor but in the basement, so the nice patio in the picture for two years ago no longer exists and the outdoor seating is limited and nondescript.

Staff are very friendly and service is quick - no complaints there.

Not recommended at all unless you want a giant plate of dessert. Know what you're getting into.

The staff at this store are genuinely friendly, and the acai bowls are delicious. It’s great that you can add your own toppings. When I visit Hawaii again, this will be the first place I go to for a meal.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is great. Large portions. I couldn't even finish all of mine. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. This is on the lower level of the shopping center off the stairway entrance on the left of the Victoria Secret store. I got the chocolate chip and banana waffle and my husband got the berries and cream. Each waffle comes with a side of ice cream that acts as a glass of milk to go with your breakfast. They also offer coffee, juice, water, mojitos and an Acai Bowl.

I absolutely loved Waffles and Berry! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect. The staff went above and beyond—not only were they friendly and attentive, but they were also extra nice to my fur babies. They even brought out two small plates with banana and whipped cream for them, free of charge, which I thought was such a sweet touch. Little details like that really make a difference. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I absolutely recommend this place!
