I really liked this spot until my husband found a cockroach inside his coke! I sat on one and then we found two in the female bathroom…. If they are out on the floor I don’t want to imagine how the kitchen looks. The people are great but that’s disgusting.

This is what I would expect from a Wahlburgers... good food and great service!!! Not your average burger and fries.
We came in at about 8 and were told we could only get take-out, which was disappointing because a $20 cheeseburger is never going to be as good if you have to drive home to eat it. The selection and portions were good, but I have a hard time giving a better review of the food, which was just ok as take-out.

Super surprised to see Chef Paul Wahlburger at the front door today!!! Fantastic guy and amazingly great food!!! Forget mustard & mayo- Loved the Wahl sauce on our burgers and the thin onion strings were incredible! Finished off lunch with some delicious shakes! Everyone was super nice and helpful!
We were greeted upon immediately entering the door; place was very clean and music was appropriate - not loud and a genre suitable for a variety of diners. Ordering was easy and service was quick! The burgers, fries and BBQ Chicken tater tots were hot, fresh and delicious. Tables were clean and staff delivered your order directly to your table with a friendly smile and asked if we needed anything else. Chris was an absolute gem that truly added to the pleasantry of a favourable dining experience. The restaurant wasn't too busy, especially for a Saturday, and food arrived within ten minutes of ordering. We'll definitely head back to Wahlbergers anytime we are in the downtown core. Thanks for a fantastic meal and great experience!
Really good food! Very delicious and reasonable prices. I like the Fish Burger and their Vanilla Shake. I like the atmosphere. When you walk in, the menu is right there, so it can be a lot to take in at first if it's your first time there. There's an alcohol bar, but not obvious until after you've ordered your food and drinks and sat down.
Great service, the cashier recommends what you should eat and they check on you while eating. Very clean and professional. Impossible burger is the best and sweet potato tots are the finish to any meal!

Service was nice and friendly. The prices are high but I wouldn't mind if the food was outstanding. Unfortunately that is not the case, the burger patty was massively over-salted to the point of being inedible; and you know how it is, you really don't want to make a fuss send it back and ask for another even though I should have considering the price. Further, the burger "bun" is more like a dinner roll, far too thin and can't hold the double burger at all. Sadly there's no reason to return.

We visited on Friday night and the Manager ensured that we were taken of. The food was delish and the service was awesome! The Manager (Shawn) visited our table and made sure that we were taken care of. We not only thought the burgers were awesome, but the service was especially noteworthy. Gotta love when employees have that extra Aloha spirit.

The service was nice, staff was very friendly. But the food was mediocre at best. Kind of over priced, and it looks like cafeteria food. I was excited for the onion rings, but my basket consisted of more fried outer layer onion than anything. The burger was a little frozen tasting, like the patty was from Sams...The ambiance was alright, but should've known by how dead it was. Not to mention the after effects...gave me heart burn, and messed with my stomach. All in all, the food was not necessarily bad, but not worth 30 dollars.
