I love this little Food Hall, but on Saturday night of the 8 stalls, only 3 were operating. Why?

Vegetarian options: If you eat fish and egg, you can order the tuna-corn onigiri from Po and ask them to leave off the spam.

The food was actually okay…the convoluted ordering process was not. Two cash registers with multiple tablets, one for each restaurant. If you have three people who want three different foods, you have to order three times. Stupid, is the best way to explain the ordering system. Will never go back.

A very clean food hall with several different eating and seating options at the top of Royal Hawaiian Center. There's a bar at the center and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I'm knocking a star just because of the hours of several of the spots... We came for an early lunch and only some of the spots were open (or at least had no one at the stand, which always makes me nervous to order because I'm not sure how long it will take to get the food). There also aren't a lot of vegan/vegetarian options. We didn't end up eating here as a result of those two factors.

About 6 or 7 vendors in this food hall. The Five Star Shrimp is a good spot to grab some lunch.

Changing ownership and no menus on Google were correct

Bar in the center at the food hall was just okay. I really wanted to rate this higher since I feel like our problem was due to one customer service problem.

Had one bartender who seemed to be having a rough day. She forgot our drinks and could not make any drinks "virgin" for a member of our party who was unable to drink. We had to get a soda from another store nearby and drink it at the bar. Also she forgot to put in our drink order and a 3 ingredient drink took her almost 30 minutes to make as we saw her chat up multiple patrons at the bar in between.

The next bartender on shift (who was awesome!) did not have any record of us in the system and thanked us for all of our patience and understanding and for being honest (since I guess we could have left without paying when the other bartender did not record any of our items in the POS). Although we were still charged after waiting for 60 minutes with empty glasses for a check while the bartenders changed over, it was fine since we were old friends catching up after not hanging out in 20 years.

We would have liked it more if we were able to order food there but the first bartender said no food was available since she was alone and had to run to other places to get it within the food hall. We were told by her the menu was inaccurate so we could not order any of the drinks on there either. She seemed annoyed with us when we asked what nonalcoholic drinks she had and when we asked about food availability. Other people seemed to have food at the bar but she told us to go elsewhere for food since she could not walk away from the bar to get it for us. She also asked "is anyone actually drinking?" after we asked about nonalcoholic options for one of our friends. I was a bartender for years and know that many people in recovery, etc., go to bars at points in their recovery with their sponsors. For us, the reason the person could not drink was because of an illness. This reaction from the bartender was definitely jarring because if the person was in recovery, a statement like this could be triggering. This statement was still upsetting to our sick friend since she would like to be healthy enough to have a drink if she could, I'm sure.

Rating service 2 stars because one bartender was not kind or accommodating and forgot about us, and the other was very kind and willing to help us once she realized her colleague's errors. It's a shame because we would have spent much more money and left with some great memories of the place. Instead I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. Hopefully the feedback is taken into account and problems in this realm are fixed.

Poke quality quite low, you can get much better for lower price in Waikiki. Hawaiian stand quality cannot recommend at all. For atmosphere- dark and noisy

Perhaps because it was located in a slightly secluded area, there were not many people in the food court even during mealtimes. Around 6:00pm to 7:00pm on a weekday, there were about 20 people in the large space, which was a bit quiet.More than half were Japanese families, and there were many small children. Food at each restaurant was ordered at a central counter, but the registers were separate, so you had to pay at each location.

I ordered garlic shrimp ($15.8), received the buzzer, and waited about 20-30 minutes, even though I was about the 2nd or 3rd group. The taste has just the right amount of garlic and is just plain delicious! Rather than going out to eat this specifically, it might be good for when you're hungry or want a late-night snack.

The burger shop closed in July 2017, beer is $6-9, it doesn't feel like a tap bar, and Today's specials etc. seem to have ended.

There are a few stores that are closed compared to when I last visited, and it feels like it has lost its vitality.

Food court at the edge of the center
There are very few customers even during lunch, and the staff is kept to a minimum.
I was looking forward to the Hawaiian garlic shrimp, but I was disappointed...
There were things of a level that I had never seen before in photos.
I learned that customers don't come to places that are not popular.

I used it to have a quick lunch.
The price is reasonable and you can eat it right away, so it's convenient when you don't have time. We have everything from meals to desserts. We also have malasadas.
