Went for dole whip, something was wrong with texture and flavor. It was also runny/melting when we got it. I love dole whip but something was wrong with their mix or machine

This is a small place but has amazing shaved ice flavors. Although I think giving it all the original shaved ice toppings (ice cream and condensed milk) is a bit over-priced ($3 for a scoop of ice cream and $1 for condensed milk), it was still a place I would consider going back to after looking and tasting other places. Giving it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for the experience. Had better on the North Shore.

It’s a cute place. They don’t use enough syrup though. There are lots of shave ice options on Oahu that are more generous with syrups.

Traditional HNL Shave Ice with longstanding pedigree...Obama flavour in the house, but could care a bit more? The staff a little surley. Flavours okay for flavoured water. But gotta try as it's one of the Original places still there in 2023! Good luck and enjoy!

I have had better! Shaved ice in general is a joke. My daughter wanted to try it after seeing it on social media. Service- rushed. Portions small. Price not too bad. Won’t go again. I had the special $7 it has scoop of vanilla ice cream, shaved ice and 2 flavours ( i took lychee and guava). My daughter didn’t get ice cream in it so paid $5. It was served in styrofoam bowl ( they all serve it like that). I have had better one on the big island
