The owner is the sweetest and kindest person. I messed up the date on a custom birthday cake order (was actually placed by me for a day later than I needed it). She went over and beyond to accommodate the order anyway so that I could have it in time for the birthday celebration, and I didn't even ask her - she offered it, despite having a full schedule with deliveries on existing orders. The cake was of course amazing and beautiful like all of their creations. I can't say enough great things about this place and the owner. Definitely coming back again!!

I've been frequenting this bakery for years now and wanted to say that I love their baked goods! Parking is right out back (enter from Waialae) with a few stalls on the left located next to the bamboo trees. Or you can just park on the street right out front. I can tell that all of their items are made from scratch (and love!) and the flavor and taste are exceptional. My go-tos are always their animal cookies and cupcakes. Just recently, Weheart started making these cute Mini-cakes. I wanted to pick one up for my grandmothers 83rd birthday. I called to see if they had any left in stock, as this is a walk-in only cake, and they did. I thought that the cake flavor would be something simple such as vanilla or chocolate but surprisingly it was a delicious flavor of strawberry guava! My grandmother loved it, and said it as "too cute to eat."As a customer for years, I've never written a review but wanted to thank Weheart for always staying consistent over the years. Got three little scones here today ($5 for all 3, and comes with a small container of buttercream frosting). Confetti and chocolate chip flavors. About the size of Starbucks mini vanilla scones. They also had matcha and chocolate-banana flavors.I don't know about the cake at this place (but if it tastes anything like the smell, then it's probably amazing!!!) but if you want a perfect scone, drop what you're doing right now and go get these!Exterior was slightly crunchy but inside was soft. Texture was perfect! Not dry at all, but not like a cake or cookie, either. Sweet, but not too sweet. Even the buttercream is light, almost like a whipped cream flavor. (Not the traditional "birthday cake" flavor.) It was a pleasant surprise to find this great product in a cake shop. I'll be back to try more tasty treats!

Beautiful cupcakes, ordered a set of 4 for delivery.The chocolate (Chocoholic) was the favorite of the 4.Also ordered Happy Birthday (vanilla cake with confetti sprinkles), Guava Strawberry, and Passion Kiss (lilikoi). They came in a beautiful, high quality box. Recommend that if you save them for later, refrigerate them in an airtight container, not just in the beautiful box, so they don't dry out.Delivery was through Bite Squad. I submitted the order 2 days in advance but my app notifications made it seem like the app didn't actually notify the bakery until the last minute so it was delivered almost half an hour late. I feel like the fault was with the app, not the bakery or the driver. There are limited menu choices through the app, but the standard options were fine for this order.

Found this bakery during pandemic fromAnother friends post. Started with one love letter cupcake cake and we were hooked after this. Since then we've had everything on their menu. It's also a "kawaii" store, all pink & white, cafe feel. The sales associates are so nice and helpful, if they not sure on your order they will ask or have the owner personally come out (she super nice). The one hard thing for me was during pandemic we all wearing mask and most of the associates have a Japanese accent. The cakes and cupcakes are amazing, the frosting is very light, not greasy and NOT sweet. The cakes are on the lighter side and not that heavy cake. Side note: frosting needs to be left out for 30 min prior to eating, they provide you a sheet with info. You will not regret waiting for frosting to get to roomTemperature. It's so light, so worth the wait. Our daughters favorite is there honi honi cookies, butter/sugar cookie with meringue topping, perfect combination of sweet and butter! They sell limited quantities so you have to be lucky if they are available. They have love letter cakes for every holiday, see pictures. And 4" cake can feed 6-8, they said 4-6, but depend on how you cut your slices. Mini jewel box cupcakes asst flavors are perfect, their holiday specials are just too Kawaii not to purchase and it's assorted flavors.They also do special cupcakes, macaroons on holidays and Kawaii cookies (sorry no pic, but trust me their cookies are super cute), I love their ginger bread man during xmas, crunchy and just enough ginger. There is also parking in the back of can't find on the street. They also help you out if you have a lot of items.

I’m always so impressed with how precise the designs on their cookies and cakes are, while maintaining premium taste and quality. I haven’t found anywhere else on island that matches up to their level of quality. The owners and team are the sweetest people, too. Definitely check them out in Kaimukī—make sure to check their hours before stopping by since they close in the afternoons and are closed twice a week. Highly recommend!

At a great company my boss had cookies made and shipped to San Diego for the holidays. I thought I had taken a picture prior to eating it but, sadly I didn't. The gingerbread cookies she gave us were gorgeous and were just as delicious. I can't wait to go back to Hawaii and try more sweet treats!!
I DO post good reviews, when deserved. Stopped by looking for a Christmas decorated birthday cake made with REAL buttercream. Since Agnes in Kailua closed, it's been difficult. Unfortunately, this place does not do custom cakes. They have a set menu of [pricey] cakes you can order online or in person, but nothing custom. Bummer. Decided to try their cupcakes. Four cost north of $22. But they were worth it. Yes, real buttercream icing, and cream cheese icing on the pumpkin spice. Get 'em while still in season. The Espresso cake was a bit dry and crumbly, but it's all about the icing, for me. So sweet, need a Magoos pizza to offset it! Might go back to try their pricey sugar cookies. They also have a variety of pret-a-porter (ready to carry/take out) gift packs. Closes by 3 pm. Parked on mauka Wai'alae Ave meters across Brickfire Tavern and Ewa of Tamura's. Five stars if they did custom cakes.

Ordered the Dinosaurs Love Letter and it was delicious, very cute and not sugary sweet!The mini cupcakes were vanilla, chocolate and red velvet. They were moist and soft. The buttercream was also light and not greasy.The decor were macarons, meringue and sugar cookie dinosaurs. They were all nice and crisp.l will definitely order from them again~
