Horrible service! The food was disgusting, we found a small clump of rice under the fries when we almost finish the meal, it almost made us want to throw up!

Over priced and hectic because of the crowds in and out. We got ice cream and shave ice as well as a fruit and cheese plate. Fruit plate was good but so over priced for what it is. Ice cream was icy. Really only good for something quick and when you're in a pinch if you're staying close by. Maybe not even then.

Purchased a simple turkey sandwich there and was probably the worst ever. Kinda of embarrassing that Hilton would have this small market operating at the hotel. Better off at ABC if you want a basic sandwich to go.

Family got a pizza, hotdog, tuna sandwich, turkey sandwhich, yada yada, all the items were disgusting, ( especially the tuna sandwhich) except for the hot dog; allegedly. None of the food was finished other than the hot dog. I'd recommend to stay away. Wish I saw the rating before I spent my money. Staff were lovely but it's just not worth it

They have no system in this place. Unfortunately the older lady should not be on the till. It takes her so long to do anything. There are two lines happening and all the customers are confused.

The staff is the most unfriendly here and makes you feel like a burden for buying anything. The açaí bowl was the worst I had on the island or the mainland but the most expensive/smallest.

The woman who serves at the ice cream shop is very bad-tempered. She raised her voice at us when we asked a question and arrogantly ended the conversation. She needs to be careful because she is very unpleasant.

Beware - this place is such a rip-off, even considering the fact that it’s located in a big resort hotel. The giveaway is that there are no prices shown, when the prices are outrageous, compared to the ABC store or the Acccent store. Highway robbery!

We really enjoyed the Chocolate Croissants here for breakfast and breakfast items sell out fast, but no lines in the morning if you get there early.

The ice cream that we got tasted good. But to ask me to spend $5 to try the taste of a flavor is ridiculous. No free tasting. You have to buy it to see if you like it. If you don't too bad you're out the money. Piss poor management rule...
