They take hours to make a delivery order?? There either needs to be more wingstops or this one is just terrible, no order should take 2 HOURS before it is even made. How is that possible? My delivery driver was there after an hour and half after I ordered it and they said it isn’t made yet. How??????
Girl that worked the counter was awful & ignored every customer. As well as kept the bags hidden behind the counter so other customers couldn’t see the names on bags to see if their order was ready. Horrible customer service.

My husband went to get food and they gave someone else his order and didn’t even give him the right food when remade. 45 minute wait wasted. Sat laughing and giggling and singing not even doing nothing. 0/10

This place is gross, I went in and stood right in front of the cashier for about 5 min, in that time I noticed not one of the people(micronesians) in the kitchen were doing anything, 2 of them checking their phones, the floor was a complete mess with fries and garbage all over. once I saw that I noped outta that place never to go in again...

Made an order yesterday waited 30min they didn’t get started on my meal yet I asked for a refund ..they hit me with 7-10 business days I’ll get my money back also boss was supposed to call my phone to confirm all this & so far no call. You can take my money today but can’t give em back TODAY ? Stoopid it’s not wing stop it’s who’s in the kitchen yall slow & don’t know what fast pace is

Worst wingstop I’ve ever been to in my life awful service and it took us half an hour to get a few chicken wings. It was not busy. Extremely unimpressed don’t go here unless you have half a day to wait
This was the delivery we ordered for sunday. The fries were stale and food was incorrect and some items were missing.We tried calling but they were not picking up and it was going to an announcement to leave a message. Firstly door dasher called to let me know that all 6 drinks i ordered , they dont have it. All they had left was diets. I asked if they can compensate for drinks , but the employee i talked to through doordash said there Is no manager and since it was a deal i ordered, it cant be compensated. Ok, the time was 90-95 mins, on top of it we go through the hassle of drinks which delayed our delivery and we got wrong food, no ranch with any of the deals out of 5 deals. I paid extra for ranches with another no deal wings ordered and we still did not get anything. I run a pizza place , if we are out of anything we offer , we would replace it with something or give away some discount to make customers happy.. but in this case they dont care about customers . Definitely not ordering back from them.

Ordered 30 mix and match for a pick up the next day. Pick up time was 1245 but wasn’t ready till 1310. When I got home I realized the order was wrong. My ten boneless garlic parm were bbq instead.

Ordered a Chicken sandwich combo with cajun corn and drink. Thank goodness the Door Dash driver checked the bag because there was no corn. What's really sad is that they weren't going to say anything and tried to make like nothing was wrong. I asked the driver to see if they could substitute fries for the corn. They weren't even going to do that. Also sandwich is cold, drink had no ice, and cover was too big for the cup. They had to tape it on. Very disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering food from there again!!
