We always make it a point to eat here when we’re in Honolulu. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. We were lucky to have Lolita wait on us this trip. She did a fantastic job during an extremely busy part of the day. She is so friendly and attentive to our order which we changed at the last minute. She even checked on us to make sure it came out correctly!! She made our experience that much better.

If you love Ube this is the place to go. Fun and flavorful ube dishes with lots of purple color and a great price. The line can be a little long, so I recommend grabbing a spot on line with yelp. Definitely recommend getting the Ube pancakes at least one time if you are in Honolulu.

First time for my #5. The wait help was extremely patient with us - there's a million things to order. Personally, I think they forgot about my order as the 2 tables surrounding us, who ordered well after us, got their Eggs Benedict way before me. So long before that both tables finished their meals, paid, talked and walked out before mine was served. Only to find out my meal was cold.

Came in on a Wednesday around 9:30 AM. Must have just missed the crowd! Right off the plane and got there just in time. Ube pancakes never disappoint.
It says they’re closed at 3:30pm, but it’s actually 2:30pm. We drove all the way there and when we walked in at 2:30, we were turned away saying the kitchen closes then (one hour before the restaurant actually closes, so kind of confusing…) Pretty disappointing since we love this place! YogurStory- put the correct time.

We went there on Friday about 1020a. This is where the old likelike drive inn is. There is a moderate limit of free parking with surrounding street parking. Atmosphere is definitely more modern and bright. We had the ube pancakes, kalbi & kim chee fried rice, and the big breakfast. We tried the taro latte and guava ice tea. The food and drinks were really tasty. We would eat here again
