This is definitely my go to peppas. Always fresh and the sides are definitely best quality. There's always a bunch of people picking up or even just sitting in. I've seen whole families. And they are quick! I went to GameStop which is a couple doors down for about ten minutes; came back and it was ready!!. Can't beat the portions either ~ I'll be back ~

I don't know what happened to this place. Generous portions are long gone. Yet the price increased. The two new Filipina ladies have changed the vibe at Peppa's. They are skimpy with their banchan. This makes no sense to me because the prices went up. It's also so annoying to hear them gossip in Ilocano for everyone to hear. This is about the only time I notice them smiling...when gossiping. It's too bad they cannot greet you with a smile. I watched these two new staff interact with customers. Not the same quality service as years ago when the other two Filipina ladies took good care of customers. As an example, a gentleman had never been there before and couldn't decide what to order; rather than assist the customer, the staff (taller Filipina lady) acted like a robot, simply repeating what was on the menu with a flat affect face. I am sure this was not the first customer that left, vowing never to return to this place again. The quality of Peppa's food is not the same. Portion sizes down. Prices up. Customer service disappointingly down. I don't see people dining in like before. Management should consider making changes or you will lose more customers.

Food was excellent - great flavor. As a rule we don't get rice but rather more veggies. The BBQ beef and chicken were well marinated and perfectly grilled. Where some places the meats are barely marinated, this was tasty. Our go-to veggies are choy sum, bean sprouts, chop chae, and kim chee. They were all tasty. The choy sum was a little salty this time but normally they're perfect. The order was taken and filled quickly, and our takeout was on its way home. Easy stress-free dinner. The place was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. I'd recommend this for a quick dinner.

I love this place, but whoever cooked my chicken katsu at 02/16/2024 7:55pm they burnt the hell out of it :( Service was great as always, but man it hurts me to say I was disappointed with my katsu

Been coming to this place for years, they have ALWAYS been consistent with food quality. My go to order is the Yummy's Special. The meats are always so hot, fresh and flavorful and also abundant, they don't skimp out on the meat that's for sure. It can be kind of pricy but they do give you quite a bit for what you pay for. I always love their wide variety of sides you can add to your plate as well. I've never had a bad experience here, workers are always friendly and efficient. One of my favorite quick places to get a meal when I don't want to cook.

Food is good. Just the SERVICE SUCKS! Filipino lady in the front did not want to give her name but she has a stink attitude, she short & skinny even rude when I asked if I could get my order To Go. My portions were small when I watched her give the other customers much more! Threw my receipt at me & then rolled her eyes & walked away, went towards the back & then came into the front again & asked me what I wanted for my sides did not care if the plate was messy. I totally recommend calling in your order so you won't have to deal with Ignorance like Her!

There the best plus there plates are so big and wroth the price and I love this restaurant it's the best so far on this island great price great quality and taste great lol
Definitely my go to for a last minute dinner. Been going here since I was a little kid. They changed the name of the company but still have the same old workers. The place it always good. The portions are always big. And if you ask for no rice you get an extra choice of side vegetables. My favorite dish Eder is always the kalbi and chicken combo but this time I got the kalbi and fish jun. the vegetable sides are always good and always can't finish it in just one sitting.

Serving sizes match the high prices, the vegetables are always perfectly tasteful. Not always the cleanest bcs there's a lot of traffic but it isn't filthy. Small inside so my family and I only order to take out and eat at home. Food quality is above average. Service is pretty minimal and to the point, no extra niceties or added conversation past them asking what you want on your plate... partly due to the everlasting line, partly bcs they just don't seem into it. They aren't rude just minimal.

Horrible pass for Korean food and way over priced for quality.Bi Bim Bap was not great and gochujang tasted off (watered down or something- not normal consistency or taste).Ordered the Kalbi for my daughter and it was extremely Chewy she did not eat it.Staff was nice and at least for a hole in the wall it had tables.Do not recommend for Korean.

Food and service are consistently very tasty. Pretty good sized portions too. Regular BBQ chicken plate comes with 3 regular sized thighs and 4 veggies of choice - easily good for 2 meals. Mini comes with 2 veggies. Place is always clean.
