Slow service & food takes a little while. Some dishes stand out more than others, all the shrimp ones are solid with big succulent shrimp & flavor. Loved the pineapple buns the most here, very soft and sweet. I would skip the egg tart & Shanghai Dumplings. Everything else we ate was good. This place is order on a sheet instead of cart so good takes a little bit to come out & out of order.

Service was mediocre as we had to wait for quite some time before anyone waited on us although we were seated. We had to ask for tea, water, condiments, etc.
Pricey and food wasnt the greatest.
Parking is a PROBLEM!

They were out of many of the dishes on the menu. We sat at our table for 15 min before anyone came over to get our order.
The place was not very clean and it was extremely loud.
Food was ok. Nothing spectacular. It also took us over an hour to get our first dish.

Food was okay but the service was horrible!! We waited for at least an hour and only got 4 out of the 6 orders. After waiting for a while we decided to just leave because it seemed like they forgot about us. Very disappointed.

Food is adequate... I've had far better dim sum in other cities, such as Boston, which one wouldn't usually associate with dim sum! But worst is the 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. Nowhere are customers advised of this beforehand, only when presented with the credit card charge slip. That borders on entrapment. Not returning... there are equally good if not way better dim sum restaurants in town. Shame on this place's management... if they want to do business, suck up the credit card fee from the bank instead of charging your customers! Despicable. In many states this extra charge is ILLEGAL!!

Had lunch with our friends, staff was semi attentive but we also just ordered and had water. Great place to eat and chat. The portions are really big and good. Everything we ordered was delicious and not really a wait time. We were seated immediately.

Parking: We parked at target level 2 and took the elevator down and walked over. Less than 10mins.

We chose this place only because it's close to our hotel. The customer service is bad as I told the waitress that we do not eat pork, and we even asked her what dishes contain pork that we should avoid them. Then they had some hidden pork sausages in the chicken sticky rice ball and turnip cakes that we ordered, the waitress didn't care to warn us about them until we were eating those dishes and found out there was pork inside. We were very unhappy about this.
There are a bunch of homeless people sitting right in front of the restaurant which they can't control, I understand that. But when you are sitting inside, it doesn't look clean either on the floor or on their windows right next to us are filthy. Overall we regretted dining here.

I absolutely love this gem of a dim sum place located right next to the Bank of Hawaii at Ala Moana Mall. Despite its small size, the restaurant impresses with its immaculate cleanliness and inviting ambiance. The wait staff here are exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

One dish that I can't get enough of is their steamed salted egg custard buns. These little pockets of heavenly goodness are the ultimate indulgence for any dim sum lover. The delicate steamed bun encases a rich and creamy salted egg custard filling that oozes out with every bite. The combination of the soft, fluffy bun and the luscious custard is simply divine.

What sets this place apart is the fast service, allowing you to indulge in a wide variety of delectable dim sum dishes without any unnecessary wait. Whether you're a dim sum aficionado or a first-timer, this place is a must-visit. Prepare to be blown away by the flavors and quality of the food.

And of course, the steamed salted egg custard buns are an absolute must-try. They are the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the creamy custard filling is pure bliss. Trust me, once you try these buns, you'll be craving them for days. Don't miss out on this unforgettable culinary experience!
