If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. We came across Zigu on Open Table for a last minute reservation. I am so glad this is where we settled for our final dinner in Waikiki. Everything we had was delicious; from the sweet potato salad to the sushi omakase plate. Garrett, our server, made sure everything was great and he was very helpful in directing us around the menu. If you're wondering if this place is a good fit for your needs, it is.
Absolutely loved this place. The food is always incredible — everything is fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully done. You can really tell there’s care in every dish.
Big shoutout to our server David, who makes the whole experience even better. Friendly, attentive, and just genuinely a great guy who is at what he does.

Beautiful resturant with amazing sushi. I don't live near an ocean, so I don't get to indulge in fresh sushi very often; However, this place was well worth it! I got the ZIGU roll and the fish was so soft and balanced perfectly with the flavors of the rest of the roll. I also had pickled sweet onion as an appetizer and it was also incredibly fresh with a bit of spice from the peppers they had as a garnish.
