Stopped by Zippy’s right after landing in Hawaii and it was the perfect first meal! The chicken katsu and loco moco were delicious, and the mac salad was so good. Great spot for a quick, satisfying bite, especially late at night.

Kalihi Zippy’s came through with consistent ono food and a clean, comfortable restaurant — always good to know what you’re getting. The only bummer was the wait time. Even though I just ordered a side mac salad, had to hang around way longer than expected. Still, Zippy’s is Zippy’s — reliable grindz, just hope next time the service is a little faster.

I love Zippy's!! My favorite thing to get is the zip pack or the chili. The aunties are always very welcoming and friendly. I took away 1 star to atmosphere because when I was there a homeless guy was causing a disturbance in the living room- not their fault though. 🤙🏼

online ordering app and customer experience is horrible. in addition you are held hostage to complete an online survey before provding constructive feedback for your sub-par customer experience. the terrible online app and repeated bad customer experiences does not justify the $$$. so not worth it.

It is a Zippys. For those that don't know a Zippys is a Hawaiian/Filipino version of Denny's. But you order at the counter and pick up your food there.
The food will fill you up and it tastes half way decent. If you visit Hawaii then maybe on your third trip here, then try a meal at Zippy's.
The Kalihi Zippy's is usually clean but typically Smoky. They need some kitchen ventilation help.
I'm not proud that I eat here more like a little embarrassed. It's that place you go occasionally but don't want to be seen there. Because there's better food available for the same price. And probably better food for you.
