Hate to give negative comments. Had the worst Lau Lau and Kalua pig plate. Not at all appetizing or delicious. What's happening Zippy's? Used to be the favorite go to. Now it's a no go.

If I could give a zero I most certainly would, I hope the manager is reading this because this is NO lie! Totally upsetting and a horrible experience! Ordered the special chicken curry that had no chicken parts in it! Only tiny bits of shredded chicken that was hardly in the curry gravy with itty bitty carrots! So terrible and what a rip off! Also tasted just horrible! Total rip off!!!! Terrible
Stopped by to buy 17 roast Turkey meals just to find out they changed the days they serve it. So instead of Sunday it is served on Thursday now. Such a disappointment because we were used to getting the meals on Sunday. We usually order them because Sundays are our family get together nights. But it is what it is. So I took my family to the Pagoda buffet instead.

I couldn't believe is it real.. It was over 13 dollars.. one omelet and 2 big rice balls.. I heard Zippy's offer cheap food but I failed. However Lilikoi beverage was really nice.

Breakfast stop here since it was the closest Zippy's to our hotel. Service was good and the food was good. Only issue was the restaurant was a bit dirty. Corners of the seats being dusty and tables had small bits of trash here and there. I'm not expecting it to be immaculate but it could have been a bit cleaner being that it did just open at the time we had arrived. No issues with the food. It was good and we all enjoyed it. Zippy's is always a convenient stop for quick food and our food came out quick.

Daniel was super Friendly and knew the menu very well.. I was trying to remember what I wanted and couldn't make up my mind.. he was patient and got my order perfect.. Thanks Daniel.

This location is just so sub par, it's physically dirty and while the food is good it just takes so long to come out. The other thing is that we work nights so we order from this location to our building a lot because everyone loves Zippy's yayyy Zippy's, but the staff just seems not to care about mobile orders. We have been missing items, have had incorrect items, order instructions not followed, ect. The most irritating thing is how often they do not add utensils to our order despite us manually added utensils to the order through Uber Eats. Like, utensils are a physical item that you add to your order like a food item. I think we have gotten them like 2% of the time. To me this shows a real lack of care and detail and also highlights the fact that there may be other more major things that aren't being done. A dirty, slow location that doesn't pay attention? Honestly the Dillingham Zippy's but would be a complete pass from me if the food wasn't actually really good. We have never received cold food or badly cooked food from this location. As far as Zippy's goes the food quality here is pretty front of the pack. If they'd just clean their location and pay more attention to the details of their mobile orders they could squeek out 5 stars.
