Zippy's is a great place to drop in at anytime. If you are craving for local plate lunches, great chili and tasty bakery items, Zippy's is a one stop shop.

A great local favorite place to eat. They have a variety of dishes and pastries. A great place, to meet friends or have a meeting. You can always find a table at this restaurant. There is ample covered parking, and convenient upper parking that you can walk directly in.

Venerable legit place to score late night saimin and won ton min. Chili is also legendary.
Lots of bench seating, and easy parking. There’s a Kahala Sushi pop-up in the corner of the restaurant.
Highly recommended and will be back soon.

Sushi was great. Salmon skin roll slapped. Perfect rice and a lovely mixture of salty and crunchy. Siam was kind of bland. It’s my first time trying it so I had no expectations but was flavorless. Noodles have a strong egg after taste

We've been going to this location since it was built. Blockbuster Video was across the street on the other side of the freeway. Shell gas station was also there. A little bit of nostalgia.
We lived in the neighborhood so it was a nice stroll to the restaurant. Every Friday evening we had dinner there. The wait to get seated was always prompt.
My favorite was a Wonton Min or Curry Katsu Saimin and my wife loved the Chicken Katsu plate. Dessert was always Pineapple sundae. And coffee to finish.
Local favorite but I don't like anymore too expensive not good choices
Good place to eat... I will come back 🌹.
Very happy and satisfied.
Delicious food. Had the Kahala Sushi monthly special. Only $20 got me a soft shell crab!
