I had ordered $127 worth of take out on Sunday, Jun 15th. I'd placed the order on 10:45pm and was told that the order would be ready by 11:15pm. However, it was not ready until 11:30. 45 minutes for 3 chili franks, 2 zip packs and some spaghetti and fries chickens. Exception of zip packs, the order didn't even included needed to be cooked items. We had sent a taxi to pick up the order and we had to pay extra for time waiting. To make it worse, when we got the order it didn't contain neither any utensils nor tartar sauce. One of the zip pack had 3 fishes substituted for teri beef and spam!!!! The franks in the chili wasn't cooked so it had to be warmed up and in one of the chili franks there was a pieces of chicken bone in the chili. I had tried to call 5 times during the next 30 minutes to complain and no one answered the phone. Any they supposedly close at 2am on Fri to Sun. What a horrible place to order food!!!!

i understand the role of localized fast food… cheap hearty meals. But what i ordered below with a small beverage was $20 bucks. now, for that $ there are plenty other hawaii-style plate lunches that are independently owned small biz. food here taste like frozen food heated up. the famous chili??? taste like fresh out of a can. so there you have it, my honest take on this ‘local institution’ people deserve better, should expect more, and re examine why da heck you would spend your hard earned $$$

Our biggest mistake was waiting 40minutes, hoping to be served even when we asked 2x at the front to see if anyone was going to take our order. It was 10pm and there were way too many staff members standing around. I’m sure the food is good but we already waited 50mins by the time we decided to leave

Just left. Cashier left me waiting at the register for a long time while taking other customers from a different register. There was no sign stating that the lane is closed and when I asked if the lane is closed she said yes without the slightest care. She knew I was standing there and instead of taking me, she takes everyone else even though I was there first. Very disappointed!
