Went there around 4:45 - 5:45 pm for dinner, decided to dine in mainly for the dining menu options. Started with waters and my brother ordered a Lilikoi drink. I ate the Chili omelet with brown rice, with a small side order of Portuguese bean soup. My brother had the Korean fried chicken all rice, with chili cheese fries no bean. For dessert I had the Strawberry gelatin parfait and my brother had the Bread pudding Ala mode. Should have ordered extra chili as I had extra rice leftover and my brother should have asked extra Korean sauce on the side.

Basically all Zippy's are the same yet attentive may be slightly different and to me this one is a cut above.
(9/11/24) I have loved Zippy’s since I can remember but was totally disappointed by the service and quality of the food this morning at the Nimitz location. This morning I was the only customer waiting in line to order aside from a customer waiting for their coffee who left shortly after receiving their order. And the two workers ignored me for a good 4 minutes before 1 worker left and the other finally acknowledged me. I ordered some Korean fried chicken and was disappointed by the quality. It was too hard and it was hard to chew and some was undercook inside. I was surprised by the weird texture of the meat. Upon looking inside the meat was still looking pinkish.

I stopped by Zippy's for a quick bite before heading to the airport for a long flight back home, and it was the perfect choice. The restaurant is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to grab a meal before catching a flight. Despite a sign outside saying "No outside food," I brought a bottled soda from my hotel. Knowing that I could not bring it to the airport, I could not let the soda go to waste. The waitress was super accommodating, letting me enjoy my drink and even bringing me a cup of ice.
I ordered the mini plate Korean fried chicken entree, and to my surprise, the portion was generous—I couldn't even finish it! The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and exactly what I needed before a long journey. Zippy's never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.
