Usually an OK place to eat. Modest pricing for the portions. My favorite dish so far has been their monthly specials, like the Miso Salmon & Miso chicken plate with brown rice if they have it. I gave a few stars because last time I went there and got my food, the older woman who called my order called me over just to leave my food on her side of the counter. I had to reach ALL the way over the counter to grab it. It may be a bit petty and not seem like much, but it's the little things that matter in customer service. Especially when all she had to do was push the food towards me... I think many employees take what they have for granted, and as a culture, we need to do better.
Other than that, they have a big selection of desserts and sweets to choose from along with your meal.
I also enjoy the Portuguese bean soup !

I was made to wait 40 minutes for a 10 second, prepaid order. They were understaffed and said they were too busy to give me my order, so they made me go to the end of a long line of customers waiting to order. I told the counter help to turn aournd because my order was ready for pickup. She walk away, so I had to wait 40 minutes. When I got to the order window, it took them about 10 seconds to find my order and hand it to me. By then my order was cold and unappetizing.

I got the zippys deluxe for take out. It was very delicious!
The only knock I have for this spot is that I had to wait quite a bit to get my food. If I had known that it would take so long, I would have ordered online in advance.
I love that there is adequate parking.

Awesome spot to satisfy your local taste buds. Service was definitely efficient and quick here. Restaurant was busy but line moved quickly. Had the saimin and a side scoop of their macaroni salad. Daily specials looks really delicious as well. And the desserts...what can I say, you have to try the apple napple.

2 women gave me customer service & beyond. 1st. Cindy introduced me to the happenings of Zippy's. I got the bread pudding ?? Filling, which bread pudding should always be like theirs. At my appointment I looked through the pamphlet sounds good? I went back to Zippy's and the Most Awesome thing happened? I got customer service by the other girl. I asked her about this offer and She remember me. Remembering my purchase to start with this ? She looked at the trash can and notice my receipt. She went over it and All the questions I asked? She was so pleasant, hope to see them both again? That was a good day ?.
Parking: Parking? 1st come, 1st get's parking? It can get a bit busy, like stuck in traffic?
Kid-friendliness: Lot's of Room..?. outside ? Kids are a bit fussy, and it's covered you'll be fine.

The food was good, but there's construction at the vineyard location making it unpleasant, plus their air conditioning was out in the main sit-down area. All of this I'm sure is temporary and I wouldn't judge food by it.

Zippys is a great place to eat at, ive never been disappointed with any meal they have. They have a huge selection of plates to choose from and breakfast to lunch/dinner. Waiters are nice and friendly. The food usually come out quick. Me and my family love going there ? also a great dessert is the brownie delight with nuts and caramel
