Sailors from every submarine naval base around the world all talk about the fried rice omelet from Harbor Grill! It was the first thing I was told to get in Connecticut by my instructors. Truly lives up to it's reputation! Everyone arriving for duty in Sub Base Pearl Harbor has to come here first!
**Need military ID or CAC Card to enter the base in order to get to this place**Tucked away in the dated bowling alley, this spot has good food for reasonable prices. Credit card or debit only, they dont accept cash. Tried calling in a phone order but they didnt answer so when you get there, so you gotta be patient and wait to place your order... Need base access. Literally has the best FRO’s on island IMO. My only thing is, go when the original cook is there (which i believe is through the weekdays only?) Nobody cooks like he does.
