Seriously Da Worst! They Said the wait was going to be 30 minutes. Ended up being an hour and a half. Dude was basically tryng to get us not to order and they weren’t even busy! Called my number after an hour just to tell me they didnt have what we ordered! Avoid at all cost! Food was meh. Really not sure how they are in business. Must be working for free. Maybe delivered 10 orders over the 1.5 hours we waited. So pissed and disappointed as were the other really annoyed people waiting. More than the stupid wait and the bad food was a waste of a night on vacation that I cant get back.

Food was meh.. def not worth the price. Everything in Maui is expensive already, but this was definitely not worth it, but we were hungry from a Long Beach day. There were 3 people ahead of me but they were already waiting when I got there. Be prepared to wait!! I ordered - shrimp & pork spring rolls: 2 rolls, huge, but bland. grilled pork w/ vermicelli & egg rolls: noodles took over the dish w/ veggies under noodles. The egg rolls were skinny & small. The grilled pork was ok, but they gave all these noodles w/ just 1 container of the fish sauce. When I went back to ask for extra sauce, they charged $2 AND it was cash only! I didn't have cash on me then and I wasn't going to walk back to my table to ask my husband. I thought it was horrible to give that much food with only a small container of fish sauce to eat with.

It took an hour to get our food on the first night of our vacation (they said it was going to be 30 minutes — they should be upfront with this info). That said, the food WAS DELICUOUS but not worth the hour wait.

My god. More like Da Worst. Or actually Da Scam. We ordered, just 2 appetizers, and the guy said half an hour. Half an hour later he said another hall hour. We asked for our money back and they refused. So we got taken. We've had great experiences at the other food trucks there but these guys were grifters.

I don't usually write a Yelp review, but wow... all these bad reviews! I had a very different experience that I would like to share here. I think the managers (front/kitchen) are very nice people. The lady would recommend their best item on the menu based on what you like whether spicy or non-spicy, rice dish or noodle dish. She even get it down to the specific type of noodle if you'd like. I took her recommendation for the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef & pork noodle soup). The food wait time was roughly 10-15 minutes for my order. That's a reasonable wait time for a noodle soup dish. I come from Los Angeles and I've tried many Vietnamese food in California. I didn't have much expectation knowingly it's food coming from a food truck on an island that doesn't have many Vietnamese restaurants, nor there are many Vietnamese living on the island. I have not tried any other item on the menu. For their Bun Bo Hue, they use a type of thinner noodle compare to what I have had before (a bit thicker noodle). Regardless of the noodle type used, I could say that was the best Bun Bo Hue I have had in the US. I'm planning to go back again and try the other items they have.

Ordered the rare steak Vietnamese pho and fresh shrimp rolls. The pho was delicious and well worth the 45 min wait onWed evening around 7.30pm. Cashier was clear that it would take 30+ min but i was ok to give it a try. I wasn’t expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the the juicy thin slices of beef and tasty, well balanced beef broth in the pho. The fresh roll was crunchy and paired nicely with the generous portions of peanut dipping sauce. There was no issue with utensils and service was friendly and honest. I would go earlier the next time!

Food you get here is not worth the wait. All other food trucks around are serving fast and better tasting food. Don't waste your time here.
Lots of flavor in their Pho broth. Basil chicken was flavorful as well. Shrimp rolls were very fresh.

Stopped at the food truck park and opted for this. Didn't realize the line wasn't the worst part. There is a pretty good wait and my husband was already about halfway into his dinner after waiting 15 minutes for me. I do appreciate that they focus on cooking food thoroughly and appropriately though. At least they don't sling out undercooked food. It took about 20-25 minutes to get my shrimp udon noodles.Yes, it's pricier but everything is in Maui. It was a good sized portion and I was definitely stuffed afterwards. Plenty of veggies mixed in, too!

This was the only food truck that had vegetarian options so we ordered vegetarian spring rolls and spicy noodle soup. Food was definitely very expensive .But it was not tasty at all .I was so hungry still couldn't eat it and just ended up trashing it.
