They really do have the best pho in town. I highly recommend the combination beef pho! You gotta go here when visiting Ka'anapali, Maui, Hawaii. The broth is amazing and they are fast at preparing the food. loads of other options on their menu too. A must try if you are a food truckie! Mahalo and Aloha!
I ordered the kimchi fried rice with bbq short rib, the wait was expectedly long. The rib was tasty, kimchi fried rice at first tasted subpar, but combining with the rib it’s actually quite good.
They have a really good variety of vegan and vegetarian options. We ordered the tofu banh mi sandwich and the yakisoba stirfry noodles. Both were delicious but the tofu banh mi was my favorite.
