McDonald's Reviews
The location is centrally located near timeshares and other residential buildings. It has a variety of food selection for breakfast including the regular breakfast items and Hawaiian style breakfast like spam, eggs & rice, Portuguese sausages, eggs & rice and a combination of spam, Portuguese sausage, eggs & rice.
It is so busy and their staff worked as fast as they could & were very courteous. It needs to hire more staff to accommodate the many customers it has.

Not clean. Waited forever for food. People didn’t know what to do because of the ordering system. Self serve drink machine closed.
I walked in and no one even came to the counter. I realized they expected you to order on your phone or at the kiosk. This was not explained. This is ridiculous service! I had the Local Deluxe Breakfast.
Portuguese sausage, fried Spam, scrambled eggs and a big pile of rice.

McDonald's on the west side is back open, catering to drive-through, pick-up, and delivery services. The location offers plenty of free parking and is accessible for wheelchair users, making it easy for customers to visit. The restaurant is known for its quick service, allowing guests to enjoy a fresh Big Mac and crispy fries before heading out. Despite some issues with the order board and holiday decorations blocking the view, the food quality remains consistent. The staff is friendly and responsive, which is appreciated, especially since other places can be less attentive. However, the area is considered high crime, with locked bathrooms and limited English spoken by some staff. The order-by-screen system was down, and the free refill station was locked up, with low staff numbers making service slower. The restaurant is not kid-friendly and does not offer local menu specials, which some visitors expected. Still, for those craving the deep fried apple pie, Hawaii is one of the few places to find this nostalgic treat. Overall, the location is convenient from Honoapiilani Highway and Lower Honoapiilani Highway, providing a straightforward and efficient dining experience.
