“Not your average cinnamon roll and pizza joint! Best in the world cinnamon rolls (I’m a 25 yr cop-I know my pastries!!)! Fantastic fresh pizza is a must have. But the Aloha spirit washes over this place and spills out into the streets like the smell of freshly made cinnamon rolls. After the tragic Maui fires, Papi’s c rolls and pizza were given out free…yes free! To visitors and displaced local fire victims alike. For weeks! One should note: the tip jar over floweth in return…as it should be. Aloha is reciprocal and magnified here. It’s not just a great place to eat. It’s a great place to be. The spirit of aloha is not the only spirit in this place. The Holy Spirit is so present you just feel well and good for having been there and participating in the example displayed. Be goodly, be Godly, live a life of aloha with good thoughts, good prayers and good deeds. Take care of your community your community will take care of you. All that, and the best cinnamon rolls ever.”

“One of the more affordable dinner options in Maui. Very casual, Excellent Manhattan made with Japanese whiskey and a Hot Saki with Raspberry liquor. Very delicious.
Edemame served cold and without saw salt so asked then to warm it up and add latter. Miso soup very good. Delicious butter fish, better with skin taken off. Fatty belly tuna very rich and yummy (? Otoro). Tuna roll special with sarschi & sweet lines also delicious. Would come back here again!”

“Excellent poolside service and delicious drinks and fish tacos. The staff worked quickly to serve the large crowd and were very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and so close to the beach. If you are staying at or near the Hyattz I would definitely recommend checking this place out. There are two spas and one slide and a kiddie pool too.

“L&L is on my must visit list on every Maui trip. Their garlic shrimp is absolutely addicting.
It's a no frill joint in a strip mall and lots of locals eat there. You can get all the Hawaii local dishes here with generous portion.
Hubby got the combo with short ribs and shoyu beef and chicken.”

“I loved this place, best Chinese food i have eaten in Hawaii. Made fresh to order. The sweetest elderly owner that was so friendly. At first we were a little suspect of the setup, and atmosphere, but once we got our food everything was so good, we were happy we had gone there. Will for sure make a stop there again during our next stay in Maui”

So i give it a four star, the place has a two electricity outlet outside where anyone can charge up their cellphones or gadgets. It has a variety of food to choose from. Check it out! “This Starbucks is located inside the Westin, so it’s extra nice and you can sit and enjoy your coffee in the surrounds of the hotel. Staff were friendly and there was heaps of room inside the shop.”

“The location is centrally located near timeshares and other residential buildings. It has a variety of food selection for breakfast including the regular breakfast items and Hawaiian style breakfast like spam, eggs & rice, Portuguese sausages, eggs & rice and a combination of spam, Portuguese sausage, eggs & rice. It is so busy and their staff worked as fast as they could & were very courteous. It needs to hire more staff to accommodate the many customers it has.”

“Roadside food truck with wood-fired Neopolitan-style pizza. It's a charming little roadside stop with a few picnic tables and chickens roaming around. The pizza had a decent char and the crust was thin yet not droopy -- just what you want in a Neopolitan-style pizza. Relatively limited topping options, but it's a food truck and what they had was great. Turn-around on the order was very reasonable, about 10-15 minutes for a freshly-made pizza. Price was a bit more than the mainland, -- which you could say that about any place in Maui, so let's just say they were reasonable for the area and be done with it. But you are getting a tasty handmade product that is hot and fresh, so it's easy to recommend this place if you drive by! Do watch out for the chickens, as a mama hen and 3 chicks jumped up onto our bench, and you know they really shouldn't have pepperoni!”

“A great watering hole to wet yer whistle while waiting on the mechanics next door to put the brakes on your car incorrectly for the fourth time or while waiting to get your window repaired after one of the towns regular sticky bandits busted through to steal your things.(Kaanapali collision is actually amazing, Highly recommend for all your thieved repairs)At the mongoose you can have your favorite beer and buy yourself a nice beer coozy. Is it koozie? Cuzie? Whatever. One of them things to hug and keep your beer cold. Cheers, mates!”

We also got to experience the new Pineapple Robot bar within the restaurant during their soft opening and were impressed. We loved seeing more of a late night bar scene and the strength of Lahaina after such tragedy last year. We highly recommend!”

“My order took a little while although staff were upfront that I'd be waiting 15 minutes. But BRO as soon as I got the chicken cutlet dinner I knew it was gonna be Fire! 100% no question worth the wait. The chicken was cooked fresh and the gravy was out of control. I pride myself on clearing the whole plate so the fact that I had to put like half of it aside for later was impressive. Killa serving size, it was like Hawaii's schnitzel Scandia. So bomb. I will be back for another meat fix at Sparkys no doubt”

“Every visit to Maui my wife and I wound up at kohola brewery on many nights! Why? Great atmosphere, delicious beer (Waterman our favorite), and - most of all - a warm & welcoming people!! “The service is about to get allot better. They are bringing in a ringer. This dude can handle a floor by himself. He's like a duck in water. Mind you if the whole place is full you must be patient. I guarantee there won't be any sloppy moves. Remember there were only a few servers. It starts at the hostess/ host stand on giving the guests an accurate wait time. Just because you get sat doesn't mean the server is ready for you. But there is no excuse for some of the comments I read. This is about to be fixed. This guy is going to train the rest of the staff that need help. I can't wait to see the improvement. It's about having fun and being on top of your game. Every move must be 3 steps in advance. You should never be looking around for a coffee refill of wanting a check. If there is an issue with your food the 3 minute check back is when you get to voice your opinion. If a server asks "how is everything? " be honest. We want you to enjoy it. Don't feel bad letting us know how we can improve your meal. That's what we get paid to do. We wanna know! If you haven't figured it out yet... I'm the ringer. Come see me and the rest of the new improved crew. We look forward to making your day start out right. Then get on out and enjoy Maui!”

“Had an amazing lunch at Hula Grill in Maui! We started with the Hawaiian ceviche, which was super fresh and delicious. My daughter went for a classic burger and fries, while I had the Kalua Pork & Pineapple Flatbread—loved the mix of flavors with the mango BBQ sauce! My husband enjoyed the Kapulu Joe burger, topped with macadamia nut slaw and grilled onions.

We finished with the famous Hula Pie, which was out of this world—definitely a must-try! The beachfront views were absolutely gorgeous, and our server was fantastic. Also, the mango drop martini was a perfect touch. Highly recommend!”

“We started with cocktails which we amazing. I had mango mojito my husband had the special markers mark whiskey made for Roy's. Not sure about the brand. It had ginger beer too. Both drinks were great. Appetizer was coconut shrimp. Tender and flavorful. Dinner was Mac crusted ono and mamas Yama meatloaf. Both were on point. Too full for dessert. I felt as if a lot of the staff had worked there a long time. They had confidence and a ease in performing their jobs yet were on top of their game. No slacking. The guy who served our food was picking it up and moving fast to deliver it but took time to explain what we ordered. We will be back!!”
