Took us a minute to find inside the hotel. Free parking available to outside guests right next to the hotel. Once you walk through the lobby to the courtyard, it's on the right side looking towards the ocean. Staff was super friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. This place was delicious! It's tucked away in the Westin resort and has cute little seating in their garden area. They make each one individually one by one to order and it was awesome. They poke holes in the shave ice so that the syrup can seep into the middle and offer to re-syrup if the middle doesn't have any which is fantastic service! This place was a bit of a surprise. I had pretty low expectations since it's located inside the hotel area and we didn't love the dining there. However, this place really was great! The line is long and moves slow, but it's truly because the employees take their time to perfect your shaved ice. We waited for about 35 minutes, but it was worth it.
