Took us a minute to find inside the hotel. Free parking available to outside guests right next to the hotel. Once you walk through the lobby to the courtyard, it's on the right side looking towards the ocean. Staff was super friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. We got ours "fully loaded" with ice cream and the topping which was DELICIOUS. ended up being about $11, but it was worth every penny. Flavors were strong without being too syrupy. Ice cream was rich and creamy. There is a great seating area to enjoy your treat right next to the shop.

This place was delicious! It's tucked away in the Westin resort and has cute little seating in their garden area. They make each one individually one by one to order and it was awesome. They poke holes in the shave ice so that the syrup can seep into the middle and offer to re-syrup if the middle doesn't have any which is fantastic service! We shared the Shave ice with coconut, pina colada, tigers blood (strawberry, watermelon, coconut mix) with macadamia nut ice cream on the bottom. The coconut was probably our least favorite of the three and tigers blood the most fun. My husband absolutely loved the macadamia nut ice cream and it was a solid touch at the end of the shave ice portion to mix in a bit. If we're on this side of the island again, will return for sure.

This place was a bit of a surprise. I had pretty low expectations since it's located inside the hotel area and we didn't love the dining there. However, this place really was great! The line is long and moves slow, but it's truly because the employees take their time to perfect your shaved ice. We waited for about 35 minutes, but it was worth it. The employees here were sooo nice and so friendly. They have a variety of flavors, the ice has the perfect texture, and they poke holes to make sure the flavor is evenly spread. 5 stars all the way!

This is the best shave ice on Maui. The flavors are great. The texture of the shaved ice is also perfect. Before you go here though, remember, it is in a hotel. Even if it’s not your hotel, you can go here. Once you enter take a right.

The ladies working here were amazing, the line grew long while I asked questions and took my time ( I didn't know that there was anyone behind us)) they never once tried to rush me, answering my questions and giving me their thoughts on what I would like. I ended up with mango, coconut and lychee cream & it was delicious! There were 9 in my party and no one was unhappy with their choice. I Highly recommend Big Wave for shaved Ice its so good

This is our second favorite shave ice on the island! (The first being ululani). They're located on the first floor at the Westin. You can park in the garage just push the call button and let the attendant know you're there for the shave ice and they will let you in. Or plenty of self parking down the road as well if you don't mind walking. Go through the main lobby (there's multiple entrances to the Westin so look for the main lobby).

This is the best shaved ice I have ever had. It just melts in your mouth with yummy flavors. They used to be in Napili and now moved to the Westin. Family owned. Highly recommend at least one visit or a daily treat while in Maui.

This spot was perfect because it was located in the Westin right next to our Air BnB. I had a pregnancy craving for shaved ice, and was glad this place was extremely convenient. The pricing was good, and the service was fast and friendly. My husband and I were able to share the small, and it was the perfect amount for both of us. Their flavors were really good and the line was very short. If you are looking for a great place to get shaved ice, this is your place. You can take a walk on the beach after or explore the hotel, which is extremely beautiful.
