“I had the most delicious ice cream sandwich imaginable- Hawaiian Kiss cookies and banana macadamia ice cream. The price was not bad at all for such a scrumptous dessert. I'm sad that I forgot to take a picture. Highly recommend Banyan Treats!!“
“Took us a minute to find inside the hotel. Free parking available to outside guests right next to the hotel. Once you walk through the lobby to the courtyard, it's on the right side looking towards the ocean. Staff was super friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. We got ours "fully loaded" with ice cream and the topping which was DELICIOUS. ended up being about $11, but it was worth every penny. Flavors were strong without being too syrupy. Ice cream was rich and creamy. There is a great seating area to enjoy your treat right next to the shop.“

“I am very late to write my review, but given the situation in Maui and the devastation left by the fires, I wanted to take time to review all the wonderful places we visited in August.Royal Scoop is located inside the Royal Lahaina Resort and they serve the best frozen Kona coffee drink which is so satisfying in the summer heat. The ice cream is delicious as well and they service a decent selection of fast breakfast food items as well. This is a must try when you are in Maui.“
“This place...these people, were nothing short of amazing, under the worst conditions imaginable! It began with "Noah" at the front desk. (He lost everything in the fire, by the way!) He was the most gracious, most professional, kindness person I have ever met! His personal loss never affected his ability to serve his guests! Rooms were spacious, view was great, and customer service impeccable. And this was with many amenities out of service, because of the tragedy! (Also be aware! Heard a rumor there may be some negative reviews by a few disgruntled federal employees staying there, that could not be pampered during the tragedy. But I will not mention FEMA's name, hehe!) “We tried probably 4 flavors and returned twice for the Cheesecake! Omg it’s so delicious. It has that distinct sour cream cheese flavor. The one in my hand is coffee, macadamia nut and chocolate chunk. Then I went back for more Cheesecake! Sweet people too!! They have a little shop for Island treasures and other treats attached. Go there! ?“
“Imagine the dense flavor of Gelato with the richness of ice cream, mixed in with those island flavors, like macadamia nut, coconut, or ube, and you have an unique local classic you won't find elsewhere. They also serve classic shave ice with a self-serve syrup bar for you to concoct your own combinations. Our server was friendly and patiently allowed us to sample almost all the flavors without making the slightest fuss. It's a family business with just a few tables, but there always seems to be a small crowd hanging out here. Across from the cannery mall, it was spared the devastation of the Lahaina fires. While Ulalanis and Lappert's remain closed, this is the place to go.“
