This place...these people, were nothing short of amazing, under the worst conditions imaginable! It began with "Noah" at the front desk. (He lost everything in the fire, by the way!) He was the most gracious, most professional, kindness person I have ever met! His personal loss never affected his ability to serve his guests! Great experience this property. The staff is friendly - Jennifer is very helpful and courteous, professional. Location is ideal, right in the middle of everything and the views of beach and Diamond Head are highly recommended

Excellent location! Perfect beach for swimming and if you're into cliff diving! It's a short drive to shopping and the Historic Front Street area and there's also a walking path if you want to take a stroll and visit the other hotels along the shore. We found the concierge to be very attentive and all of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
