Good sushi.
Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had without a doubt. Unique choices along with the usual combos. Large selection of sushi and poke dishes. If you’re in a hurry, call ahead and order because they make everything when ordered including cutting up the poke. Not fast food, and they don’t apologize for that, but it’s worth the wait. Smash Maui is a fantastic local food truck run by a small family, offering a variety of tasty ethnic foods at competitive prices. The poke bowls, sushi rolls, and katsu are all top-notch, with mouthwatering flavors and fresh ingredients. Their fish is insanely fresh, and the quality is 10/10 each time. The Hamachi Lover’s roll, rainbow roll, smash roll, and salmon nigiri are all delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly, and there is free parking available for customers. Whether you dine in or opt for takeout or catering, Smash Maui's delicious food, including their popular sushi accompanied by Smash Sauce, is definitely worth a try. This place offers phenomenal sushi at a great price, and it's a true gem.
