“On a recent trip to Maui we walked to this great little shop multiple times throughout our stay. The parmesan bagels were amazing! The coffee and staff were also delightful and it is definitely a spot that will make you want to go back for another visit.“
“A wonderful little restaurant. The only problem is it’s popularity. Arrive as early as possible and stand in line… with everyone else. It will be worth the wait!Vegetarian options: You will find plenty of vegetarian options, and the kitchen will be happy to accommodate special needsParking: Limited, but I have eaten here a dozen times and always found a spot“
“We had multiple lattes during our Maui visit. The Honeysuckle and The Roco Java on repeat. First is more subtle, second has a little more punch to it. Last day we had breakfast and wished we had eaten there sooner. Delicious! Avocado Toast and Eggs Benedict. So good! Service was always friendly.“
“Fanfrickentabulous! We are gluten free and this establishment knows what that means. Fresh ingredients, different cooking utensils! Amazing! The GF pizza crust was amazing! Highly recommend! The owner is amazing too! Did I mention that this place is amazing!“
“Saw a long line and had to investigate!Brand new shave ice place popped up and they had great reviews— it’s a small operation with two guys but the line moved fairly quickly!Service and atmosphere, lovely! Great to be around people doing what they love, and was super excited to see another place to try as I am a self proclaimed shave ice connoisseur ?The ice was some of the finest (texture quality) I’ve had on the island. If it was less packed in even better so I don’t lose any while scooping to my mouth! If they add some natural flavors to their menu I’m sure they’ll continue being a hit!!! Definitely worth trying :)“
“I’ve tried their hawaiian coffee in Waikiki and also their matcha latte and loved it; here in Maui i thought i tried different latte ( my usual latte) just regular latte with oat milk and trying out their ube bagel with uber cream cheese and coconut cream. I love my latte and for the ube bagel, it is definitely a different bagel, the ube bagel dont have ube flavor but when you eat it with ube cream cheese and coconut cream it is better. I wishes they make the ube bagel more ube flavor. Well, it just my opinion.“
“I was charging the rental Tesla near this store and was so glad I stopped in. Everything I have ordered has been very good. The chia ball was fantastic. I could eat one everyday. The service was solid and they do a couple tables where I got a bit of work done. I will be back.“
“Food is very good and very local. The ritz has really gone out of their way to include locals businesses. From hiring local florists to produce amazing flowers and plants daily, to providing local authentic Maui products and food. This coffee shop being one.The products are all made locally. Including the egg sandwiches. I normally hate premade breakfast sandwiches. But this one is legit.“
“The woman who got us the shaved ice was so friendly and sweet! The shaved ice itself was also very good. A bit more of a crushed ice than shaved but let’s be honest here yall…it all tastes the same…it’s ice! The flavors I chose, mango and lychee were also delicious. The vanilla ice cream was a nice touch as well. Some people said pricing is not listed, however it is on the board when you walk in and add-on pricing is very clear (in front of your face). This was a cute shop in Maui and I would reccomend it for a quick and yummy treat! 4/5 for the atmosphere because it was a bit dark in the shop and we weren’t sure if it was open, however the friendly woman quickly asked if we were here for shaved ice to let us know they’re open! Again, friendly and delicious!* Please note, the lychee flavor is a clear syrup so the white side is not dull in color. It is simply clear flavoring!“
“Our hearts are broken for Lahaina, one of our favorite places on earth. We spent our last night on the island in May at the Pioneer Inn and walked over to the Sunrise Cafe for a leisurely breakfast. We enjoyed the humor of our server and the coziness of the front room. Our food was great! We will be back someday and hope this place rebuilds. We would love to eat there again.“
“This restaurant sadly burned down in the Lahaina fires. It was a terrific restaurant for Kama’aina and tourists alike. I just spoke to the owner who had family trying to escape the fires by driving thru traffic cones to escape the fires on front street. They lost one family home and another was burned.“
“First of all when we got there they ask do you have a reservation I said no the man at the front seemed a little rude about it. First of all your website says you don't take reservations. So the sat us on the balcony in a corner two small tables put together and 1 separate one. So we couldn't even sit together. Ok well that didn't make me happy we were there our last night on Maui celebrating a birthday. Food was good drinks I could barely taste the alcohol for 15 buck you would think you could. Atmosphere and the view that others bragged about well our view was watching the luau people getting ready for there guest that was taking place in front of the restaurant on the beach. Atmosphere mostly seems to be a local hangout you could tell that's where the waitress spent most of there time. Also I paid with gift cards and credit card not sure how it happened but I never got my card back called the restaurant the next morning when i discovered I didn't have it, but it was not found had to cancel it so couldn't use it for the rest of my trip. Maybe it was just a off night .Parking: Paid parking 11 dollars“
“I was here a week before the sad Maui fires and had a fantastic bowl of acai along with a beautifully presented bowl of fruits, with the papaya acting as the bowl. It was fresh and such a great start to the morning. Also tried a nice large mug of latte which didn't disappoint. I hope they can rebound and re-open soon! Mahalo.“
