“Everything was good but particularly this one server (Jimmy Somera) made the experience very annoying.

We asked for a cup of cappuccino which he took forever just to tell us that the coffee machine is not working which was working fine when a table next to me ordered the same thing after us and it arrived there in no time for them. Adding to it we asked for a fresh squeezed OJ which we have been doimg it since the time we arrived here and he asked for a crazy amount which was way more reasonable the other days.“

“We just so happened to stumble upon Slappy Cakes while driving by in Maui! We decided to check it out before heading back home from vacation and Slappy Cakes did NOT disappoint!! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was great, and everyone was very friendly. Coy was our server and we will never forget how awesome he was!! Not only was he an excellent and very prompt server but he stayed after closing time to finish a conversation with us about the island that left a lasting impact on our hearts. Most would have pushed us out, but not a single staff at Slappy Cakes rushed us out at close so we could enjoy our meal and our experience while also making powerful connections! “One of our all time favorites on the whole island !!! The food was beyond amazing, so fresh and so fun ! You have to get the dynamite shrimp, it’s the best thing we’ve ever had !!! Our waiter Sunny, was so kind and organized and made the dinner so fun and enjoyable. It truly feels like an experience dining here, I highly recommend !!“
