The Banyan Tree at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua is a best spot in the area. Steaks, Wagyu beef, salmon and tenderloin steak are outstanding and did not disappoint. The cedar plate with a hot stone to cook and sear is a unique and memorable experience. Cocktails are amazing and strong, and drinks are perfectly crafted. The gorgeous spot overlooking the ocean with a beautiful location view vibe and a lowkey atmosphere. Friendly staff and server Charles, Nick, Adam, Chef and Dustin are great, funny, a little quirky and kept drinks filled. The Maui onion dip, fresh food and 10/10 service made each dinner a marvelous memory. Highly recommend this place for an incredible, exquisite, top‑tier dinner and a lovely, favorite night throughout a trip or honeymoon.
