“We loved this as a “night one” dinner because it was easy, low-pressure, and still felt like a real Maui meal. We grabbed food from different trucks, found a spot to sit, and it was the perfect way to settle into the trip without committing to a long wait or a formal reservation. It also just has that vacation vibe where you can keep things simple and still eat really well.

“This is their express location, with a full restaurant called Sale Pepe. So you’re getting sit down restaurant quality, not fast food. Hence the price. $8 for a large pizza slice, ~ $20 for pasta.
A local recommended them to us, and told us how they originally were in Old Town Lahaina and were destroyed in the fire.“
