Lots of choices - especially when you are a family! There were about 7 trucks open when we went around 6pm. Hubby got Thai, son got Mexican, I had sushi, and daughter had BBQ! Everyone was happy. Lol. Not an amazing atmosphere but we went for the choices, not the atmosphere.
Food is average, at the price of much lower than nearby restaurants. This location attracts large crowd of bargain eaters. Some popular food trucks, the wait line to order is pretty long, then the wait time to pickup is also long. Any way, it is an experience of visiting the island and sample food trucks.

Two trucks are open for lunch, the white Burgers truck and the adjacent red Tacos truck. I got a Mushroom & Swiss burger from the burgers truck, and it was great, loved it! The fries with it were very good, standard type but nicely done and tasty.
