This place hides in back of a parking lot surrounded by food trucks. The place itself is a shack, it is the Ford Fiesta of food trucks. Only one dish served, with five choices of topping: Bingsu with chocolate, mango, strawberry, pineapple, or melon.
A cup of frozen sweet cream that has been shaved to the fineness of powdered sugar with alternating layers of your topping, and a scoup of vanilla ice cream on top.
Light, delicious, and exceptionally refreshing in the hot humid afternoon. Wife and I shared one serving with pineapple and it was plenty.

Amazing bingsu! Had the mango one and everything went together so well. The shaved “ice” was so fine and delicate. Amazing texture!
It was so good, I drove back to the north shore during my trip to get it a second time! The wait was over an hour for the bingsu but well worth it!

I love the flavor! It is so good! 100x better than shave ice! My favorite in the Island! I highly recommend here in Kahuku! I love it so much! You should try here in the Island of Oahu!
