“We decided last minute to visit this farm today. Despite the fact that we arrived a little late, they made space for us on the farm tour. Our 5 kids loved it. If it's a little rainy, be expected to get a little dirty / wet and wear appropriate clothes and shoes if you want to do the tour. The prices for food and the tour are comparable to anywhere else on the island. On the tour you get to sample many things straight from the farm, totally worth it! The food is delicious and the tour is very informative. Overall, this is a very family friendly, local owned farm!”

“This pizza in a food truck park was very solid. Giving it 5 stars even though it's not the greatest pizza I've ever had. The crust was a bit too cornmealy for my taste but my wife loved it. The cheese, sauce, and toppings were very good.”

“Let’s be clear…to get a 5 STAR review you need a couple things. 1. A memorable experience that is worth telling people about. 2. A desire to come back! 3. RARELY on vacation will I eat at a place TWICE but occasionally, there is such a place and Deez Bowls is now one of them!

Deez Bowls is a food truck in a North Shore institution that includes the famous Giovanni’s (too buttery for me). You will find food trucks aplenty anchored by Seven Brothers Kitchen and Market.

I ordered the combo bowl of Spicy Ahi and Garlic shrimp! So flippin good!!! The portions were generous with 6-7 sautéed shrimp with minced garlic and not overly buttered like other trucks. The Ahi was cubed small enough to fit in a good portion with light fluffy rice and the sauce was flavorful without being overwhelming!

Seating is plentiful on this Sunday with picnic tables everywhere and beautiful weather. The aloha service was outstanding with Marte (Mcfly lol) and Aloe taking excellent care of me and making conversation!

At the End of the Day this is a mood and taste choice out of the plethora of food trucks. Deez Bowls is a don’t miss on your way north if you’re driving on H83 and we’ll be back since my wife was pissed that she got tacos!”

“The BEST fish tacos! If you’re doing the drive to north shore do yourself a favour and stop here for lunch. The tacos were amazing but I would definitely recommend the fish taco combo with rice and beans.”

“Delicious vegetarian options! You can add tofu, even if it’s not listed on the menu. I got the Pad Kee Mao with Tofu, and it was a generous and tasty portion of noodles + tofu + veggies. This is probably the best value for money I’ve had so far while visiting Hawaii. There are nice picnic tables where you can eat-in. Appreciate the tasty food and service with a smile!”

“Fresh, delicious, and kind! We went for an order of rice for our cranky toddler and ended up ordering a friend Onu. The food was fresh and good. The mac salad was perfect and the fish with its sauce was simply amazing. ”

“Cute, casual, open-air place with shaded seating. Friendly, easygoing atmosphere. Shave ice is a bowl of loosely flaked ice with sweet flavored syrup, eaten with a spoon and straw. Refreshing on a hot day. Our vegan family got "ice only" fruit flavors, hence vegan ($4 a bowl). I enjoyed my combo pineapple and li hing (salted dried plum) shave ice. Vegetarians and omnivores can gild the lily by adding (dairy) ice cream and topping ($7 a bowl I think). I was tempted to get some fresh tropical fruit, also for sale, but skipped it. We saw other folks getting cut coconuts and pineapples with straws to drink the juice. Mango and other local sliced fruit was also available. A half dozen souvenir shops are in the same little parking area. The most upscale was the sea glass art shop, with works by local artists. A long bartop and plenty of seating allows patrons to enjoy the incredible ocean views. Is it the best drinks or food I've had at a lobby bar? “Got the Chicken street taco plate, medium salsa, and it was pretty good, the ultimate judge being my son who ate most of it. Good fresh ingredients, great tortillas and sauce, service was mostly just pointing to a sign to share what you wanted. Of the three places we ate (here, Giovanni’s, and Huli Huli chicken) in this food truck area, I’d call this the best one of the three, would def eat here again.”
